Hospitality and quality of the place was exceptional. It has a large, well-maintained, nice and green garden where guests can relax. The rooms are really clean and very spacious. The breakfast area is very cozy and the host provide plenty of fresh options for breakfast that was great for us. The location is not far from Udine or Cividale. It is in a sleepy village if you would like to be a little bit separated from busy Italian cities.

Really enjoyed our stay here, if only for one stormy night. We had a long drive, and the weather was lousy - but Eddie welcomed us and the rooms were nice and cosy, so we felt better right away. Big thanks to Elena for the generous breakfast spread in the morning too. I can only imagine how much nicer it must be in better weather!

It exceeded our expectations by far!

If you prefer a nice, quiet location this is the perfect place. The owners are so nice and speak impeccable English. They were very understanding when we arrived after check-in hours. The location is absolutely amazing, it is an old barn turned into a wonderful house. The room was so spacious and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was rich with different choices of fresh fruits, yogurt, eggs, etc. The garden is just wonderful. Our hosts pay so much attention to details. For us was like a gem that we found and we regretted that we couldn't stay more than one night. Not to mention Buddy, the adorable French bulldog. We will definitely come back and stay more. Tip for other guests: Ask for the gelato recommendation, it is simply incredible!

We were absolutely spoiled by Elena and Eddie who are superb hosts. The facilities are exquisite with every comfort one could ask for. From the tastefully decorated, extremely clean rooms to the delicious breakfasts, I Rondini is the place to stay!

Even reading the comments before it was a really nice surprise, a place where you can relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the location. Cosy apartment in a beautiful villa, we had everything we needed.The garden was gorgeous, the excellent breakfast on the terrace was served with personal touch.Friendly landlords gave us a home-like feeling in their property. We would definitely come back again.

Very nice and calm to stay with Elena and Edi. Everything, really everything is prepared with Passion and heart. Especialy the breakfast was outstanding. My wife and me will stay for sure again in that place.
