The rooms are quite run-down, including peeling paint and some flooring issues. Nothing that is a problem other than in an aesthetic sense.

Staff were great-- super friendly and helpful. The rooms were priced well, and are a great value for the area. Although they are run-down, the rooms are comfortable and have everything you need, including a refrigerator and powerful AC. Breakfast was excellent and included. Dinner is available at the restaurant within the hotel, but there are also other restaurants nearby if you want to go out. The town itself is a virtually undiscovered gem.

The main traffic oprtion is the local bus, but this was the only one among the hotels who did not sell ticket for it. The bathroom was intorelably small.

There was nothing that I didn't like at all. As mentioned before, the bathroom size was really lamentable. I don't need a huge bathroom but there should at least be enough space to properly sit on the toilet.

Breakfast is good value for money, bathroom is tiny, rooms are ok but just for sleeping. There is neither space nor any sitting facilities in the room, this needs to be considered when traveling with kids. Staff is extraordinarily friendly!

the only thing I didn’t like was the toilet window that is very big and in front of the way out of the elevator, so it’s quite difficult to have privacy while you’re inside the toilet

the breakfast is very good, have everything of a continental breakfast. it’s close to the bus stop, if you, like me are going to take the bus after arriving by train in La spezia station.

Our neighbours were quite loud and since the walls were quite thin we did have to deal with some noise.

The location of the hotel was nice, close to the beach, cafes/bars and busstop. There was a good working AC in our room. The breakfast was good with a lot of variation.

The kitchen in the family room was completely non-functional. We did not need it, so it did not impact our stay, but it could have been a problem for a longer stay. Showers are extremely small and beds/chairs are pretty hard. There was a lot of cigarette smoke in the halls.

Excellent space, location, and storage. AC worked really well. The family who runs the hotel were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Note that there are only two parking spaces attached to the hotel. There is a community lot just around the corner.
