Nothing was very bad, but just s little. For example, shower was not working well enough and there were some problems with wifi.

Location is near Modena railway station and close to the center . Everything was ok. The apartment was clean.

The rooms were small. Booking got mixed up so our children had to stay in an adjoining building... Far from the centre of town.

The only thing that was accurate was the proximity to the Ferrari Museum. And not too far from the train station.

Room small but did job of being comfortable place to sleep. A bit disappointing that no breakfast offered, although ok to go out and get one.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was able to leave baggage before checking in and again after checking out, which let me do a lot of walking to explore the city. Great proximity to railway station, Ferrari museum and city Centre, yet quiet. Liked murals of Ferrari cars inside and little cars in sitting area downstairs. Good Wi-Fi. Staff gave helpful suggestions as to where to go for evening meal. Comfortable bed and very effective shower (options on jets to use)

Rooms are small and very simply furnished. Limited facilities (no minibar, no heating controls). No breakfast available (there are a couple of cafes within 10 mins where you can get a coffee & croissant). Few restaurants / dining options nearby. Noise travels from other bedrooms. Hosts Roberto, Clara & Boss ( The French Bulldog ) were delightful. Air conditioning was extremely effective. Location was excellent. A short walk from the central railway station and Ferrari Museum. The Old town & town centre again just a short walk away.

The staff at La Stella D'Italia are all very kind and helpful. The hotel was a last-minute booking and the hotel served its purpose for my stay. The location is very close to the train station (3-5min walk) and an easy 10min walk to the city center.

rooms are getting run down. cheap materials for vanities and decor showing their age. The rooms are modern feel, but strange choice of old fashioned bedspreads! Staff speaks little to no English, communication managed okay. Floors are thin, little noisy above us.

by open window strong traffic noise the bed is new but uncomfortable hard the green light of the room card slot is so shiny that you can't sleep, i covered it with a piece of cloth they just speak italian, good that i know the basics the interior design grey paint with wallpaper is not everyones favor no fruits on the breakfast table on booking.com stood free wifi on the room, when i tried to login, a voucher was requested I didn't see any infocard at reception/room

As we are an older couple, we especially look for hotels with a lift and air conditioning. This hotel advertised it had both. When we arrived we were told that the lift was not working and the air conditioning could not be turned on till June. We were there in the middle of May and it was very hot. Because we couldn’t use the air conditioning, we had to leave the window open and the traffic noise was horrific. We were there for two nights and our room was not made up while we were there.

It was close to the station and attractions we wanted to visit.

The hotel elevator doesn't work and they gave me the room on the 5th floor so I had to carry the luggage, then only one towel although I asked for another one they didn't give it to me, the bathroom paper was not even half the roll although I asked for one more paper and they didn't even give me one. The room was freezing, no calefacción and I opened the window in the morning and I couldn't close it because it was in bad condition and the lady of the lobby made me go up to show her and her comment was that you opened it wrong, when the room is in bad condition, the bathroom frame came off and It fell on my head, since it was a holiday, no one made up the room. I think the hotel service is not good. And super cold.

Unclear check out times- online it is 11am, in person staff mentioned 10am and the hotel notice board says 10.30am Surprised to be charged for the hotel storing my luggage- apparently free storage until midday, and €10 per person for any longer. this was a bit of a downer!

Strange mirrors -- bathroom mirror was very high off the ground. A larger one was in a dark corner (near a light that was not working).

Easy walk to the train/bus station. Easy walk to Ferrari museum. Very quiet. Comfortable.
