You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWe unfortunately woke up to our car with a completely flat tire outside. We had a hell of a morning dealing with the rental car company, but the owner of No. 29 was very helpful to us. He let us borrow his land line so we could both make calls at the same time (only one working cell phone), and even though we had officially checked out he let us keep the B&B's parking pass in the car while we figured it all out. The room had everything we needed, and it was nice to get some breakfast before all the chaos with the car started.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see. Great restaurants, sites, the river, all right within a short walk.

United KingdomWe loved the B+B. The room was lovely with all you need. Kettle, tea, coffee and fresh water. Bed was super comfy. Nice hot shower. Good choice of programmes on TV. Breakfast was continental, help yourself with plenty variety of cereal, breads and tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Ham and cheese in fridge with fruit juices and yogurts. Lovely stay.

The room was a small single but it was beautifully clean and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. I arrived after the reception had closed but the self service check in was fully described and easy to follow. It appeared to me that a lot of thought had been taken to ensure a comfortable and trouble free stay. The continental breakfast had a good variety of options. The location is perfect as only a short walk from the river and city centre.

EgyptThe one real improvement would be to have the option of real coffee for breakfast. It just needs some ground coffee and some cafetières.
Location was excellent. The room was small but pretty comfortable and pretty quiet. The ensuite bathroom was very clean and with a very good shower. The owners refilled the tap water bottle in my room every day, which was much appreciated. There was a good selection on offer for breakfast.
