The staff were amazing so friendly. We arrived accidentally one day too early since we made an incorrect booking. They immediately helped us out. The location up the hill and parking facilities are great. The hotel was very clean. Everyone worked there with a smile. The breakfast was good , the dinner was decent and the wine amazing !

My family had the most wonderful stay at Tremezzo in Hotel La Perla. Perched above other buildings in the area, the view was amazing and the hospitality was superb. Beautiful memories of Lake Como, such as hotel breakfast with a spectacular view, will charm us always.

We didn´t have a car but the hotel gave us a number for a taxi. The driver was so nice and helpful aswell.

The staff was super friendly and so helpful. We ate dinner twice at the hotel, great food with great view. It was amazing. We also had a balcony on our room, enjoyed the view every day.

It was great staying at Hotel La Perla. It is a gorgeous family run hotel. The view was breathtaking, staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, helpful and polite. Both breakfast buffet and dinner menu were awesome. It is a place that I will definitely return to in my future visits to Lake Como area.

No such a thing

A very, very warm welcome. I felt absolutely welcomed, it was very nice. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, the room with a view (the lake), quiet. The staff was very helpful during breakfast, they asked if there was anything else they could do for us. The owner is very nice, smiling, has time to chat.

The staff was so nice and helpful with everything we needed. The hotel is beautiful, clean, spacious. Location is great. A rich breakfast served in a terrace overlooking a great view of the lake.

Some tourists might like a free bottle of clean water as a nice touch (many do). However, you can always buy one at the bar without any trouble. It's fair to say that the hotel is better suited for guests with cars.

- The hotel is a great base for exploring Lake Como's tourist spots, especially if you have a car. - Breakfast is excellent here, featuring fresh slices, tasty bacon pancakes, and more. It's the best breakfast we've had among similar-priced hotels. - There's free parking, including a cool underground option which is great during hot weather. - Extremely friendly staff. You can really feel the Italian hospitality and care. - The rooms are very clean and offer amazing views (mine had a lake view and a balcony).

The staff was welcoming, kind, full of helpful local information (such as where to park for free in the nearby towns), friendly and so attentive to every detail! They spoke at least four different languages, so communication was not an obstacle! The view was simply incredible! In the evening we were able to enjoy a tasty, calm, wonderfully Italian dinner at a very reasonable cost! The garage parking was great in case of bad weather or just simply for loading and unloading the car with direct access into the hotel. The buffet breakfast was beautiful and was constantly refreshed as guests trickled down during the breakfast hours. There were pastries, cereal, boiled eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes, fresh fruit, toast, coffee, tea, juice, yogurt, meat, cheese, rolls and a choice of bread. Since this is a family owned hotel, they strive to please the guests and the standard of cleanliness, order and beauty are above reproach.

A beautiful hotel overlooking Lake Como. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We had a room with a small terrace, sun lounger, and seating area. The rooms above us had a small balcony. Breakfast was great, with a phenomenal view of the lake. We highly recommend this hotel for those who enjoy a touch of luxury and tranquility.

the coffee machine in breakfast. You are getting used to drink good coffee in Italy and bad coffee from a german coffee machine is a bit disappointing. Filter coffee could be an option.

The rooms have amazing view and the staff was very kind. Parking place is big enough.

Very nice and comfortable hotel up on the side of the lake but only 5 min drive to the center and ferries, excellent view from the room and the restaurant, spotless and clean, great private parking outside and in a garage, pool looked very nice

Nothing, it was perfect

Everything! The location was perfect, views were incredible!! Wish we could have stayed for longer. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond for us. The whole of the property was always spotlessly clean and you can tell the owners take great pride in their hotel. Would definitely stay again.
