The breakfast selection could have included more breakfast stuff like salmon slices, no pork sausages, chicken slices as oppose to ham and pork and chicken sausages. No one was eating the carrot and cabbage remove it, it's not breakfast! A tea service in room or lounge would be good as a fridge is provided in room. A microwave to warm food as not everyone eats pizza every day and may not want to eat in the center of an evening and may bring back food to eat in the evening and appreciate La Loggia's beautiful grounds and have a warm meal. More hooks on doors or walls to hang towels in bathroom as some rooms hold up to 4 people. Shower needs replacing very outdated and coming apart.

It was a magnificent location an effective bus service good facilities with the swimming pool. The bus service was effective and taxi fare from Sienna Centrale to Villa was affordable between two. The breakfast being included was a convenient touch as there are no shops or restaurants locally. Staff were so helpful and accommodating where possible. A fridge was provided in room. They gave me a magnificent piece of chocolate cake and coffee when I said it was my birthday, that was extremely generous and kind.

Our room has a separate entrance, but it is all covered in bird droppings The pool area was clean, but the pool itself was full of bugs. They have tools to clean it, not using it. The bed was a bit hard and squeaky.

Everything was likeble, only the room itself is not outstanding compared the rest of the property, although it was also quite big.

Location. It is close to so many visit points around and yet it is so isolated with unbelievable peace and view on the green Toscany hilly landscape. The whole complex looks like from the movies and villa is lovely decorated. There is small swimming pool inside the complex.

We did not stay there to watch TV but the truth is the TV almost did not work at all (the program would freeze because the signal was too weak). Also it was a shame there was practically no chair in the room or any cutlery or kettle to make some tea or coffee. But these were minor flaws which really didn't bother us too much. Overall it was a nice stay.

First of all - the Staff at the front desk was truly extraordinary: guest-oriented, very friendly and helpful, always smiling. Breakfast was better than expected: good variety of different foods, veggies, 'dulce', fruit, dairy products, tea, coffee, juices and water. More than needed. Rooms were very big, even though the style was not my taste. Nevertheless, they were comfortable and clean. There was beautiful garden and nice swimming pool within the property.

In the room I was staying in it was kinda smelly with old stuff, problem with current which was luckily managed by the staff in 5 minutes. Pizza rates 7/10.

Very nice staff, lovely smile from the lady at the desk, possibility to order pizza from the restaurant to room, big and free parking, lovely terrace with beatiful views, large space around the hotel, great choice of breakfast (to choose from salt as well as sweet) - high quality. You will not leave in the moring with empty stomach ;)

- Not well equipped kitchen (if you rent apartment with the kitchen you want at least one bigger knife and wine glasses in the wine region, both missing) - Not super clean, the blanket on the bed looked really old and not clean - low quality of food both in restaurant and during breakfast

It was very hard to find, our GPS sent us to 3 different properties before we found it (probs our bad) but suggest you double check the address. The breakfast was OK but not the best we’ve had on our trip.

Very scenic location, close to Siena. Clean facilities with a bit of Italian charm. Nice spot to stop if travelling between Rome and Florence.

Overall it was a nice villa with beautiful surroundings. We've checked in late in the evening and I wanted to have a tea and they said there was a kitchen, where there was tea, in our apartment but I was not allowed to take a tea bag. That was rude and unexpected.

Rooms were big (we booked 5 rooms) but sad. Few pictures, no mirror, bad curtains, all impersonal. The "touch of class" was totally missing. In some rooms the bathroom was very small. Breakfast good, but coffee and cappuccino from machine were horrible. I booked 5 rooms, 3 as double and 2 as DUS. When booking and during check-in, I asked for having the smallest rooms as DUS (the cost was lower than double), and the lady at the reception did exactly the contrary!

The location is wonderful. The property is potentially very good but there are different things that should be improved. The rate value for money is good

Standard room is pretty plain. If you can, get the small suite--it is terrific.

Breakfast wasn't worth paying extra. It was impossible to walk around - the only way out was a very curvy road without a sidewalk that felt dangerous.

The place and views were really beautiful. The accommodation is near all of Tuscany's most visited sights. But the car is of course a must.
