Nothing! This was our favorite hotel room ever!!

Giulia was exceptionally friendly, the room was modern, light and airy, and had two balconies, one with a superior view, and the other with chairs and a table. The bathroom was modern, yet very Sorrento with its floral tile. There was a nice coffee machine in the lobby and a snack machine as well. The cost was reasonable. We stayed at Positano for the following three nights, and both wished we would have just stayed the whole time at this hotel.

Where do I start. The location was excellent, next to Piazza Tasso, lots of cute shops and best restaurants. You can see everything from the room balconies and last but not least the host was amazing. She was very accommodating and helped and supported us with everything we needed during a health emergency.

Easy check in /check out … location excellent , despite being so central in the piazza noise not an issue with double glazed windows and shutters .. ver very clean , friendly staff, great large bed and good quality linen . Breakfast not included but fabulous large restaurant across the square with great coffee and brioche …….

Great little hotel right in the middle of town. We loved that we could walk right out to shopping and restaurants. And i we ended each night at the adorable little Irish pub down the street. After two nights, we knew the owner of the pub and fell in love with the community. Loved every minute of our time in Sorrento.

We liked everything about our room, the advice we got from the receptionist and the cleanliness - everything was just amazing. The hotel is one floor 3 or 4 of a 4 or 5 storey building and there is a lift from right inside the door. It is really central but not at all noisy

Bedding - beds were firm (but OK) but pillows left a lot to be desired (sore necks). More hooks would be good - for coats, bath supplies. The armoire wasn't functional (except for drawers which were full of extra bedding). Spare suitcase stands would be helpful too - and probably for cleaning staff; only one for a room of 4 people - trip hazards.

Central location in Sorrento. Good for exploring the local area shops and restaurants. Easy to get to/from train station. Not as noisy as expected. The room was well kept, and had all the amenities we needed.

It is very central. Close to everything. Right in the main square. Very easy walk to the train station and the port. Beautiful rooms. Very clean and stylish. Julia was very kind and helpful. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it. A beautiful place to have a holiday.

Had to pay for coffee. Just would have preferred a duvet cover on duvet instead of under sheet & heavy purple cover (and another pillow please.)

It’s in the center close to shops Resturants and to the port for the lift , the lady was super nice and helpful, where is the hotel it’s pedestrian so you have to car park the car in a nearby garage only 10 mins or less and you pay depends how much you leave the car per day

The people who were staying there at the same time treated it like their home and left their doors open while napping during the day which made us feel a little uncomfortable.

It was super easy to check in Guilia was really helpful assisting with getting a car park Off site
