Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesThe staff speaks very limited English, which made communicating difficult. The room was very sparse, with no coffee/tea available in the room. The breakfast was included in the room. Besides eggs, the entire breakfast consisted of pieces of bread, sweet breads, pastries, jams and a croissant: eggs and carbohydrates. We would have liked a little more variation in the offerings. Also, there was no sign of coffee or tea on the tables or in the breakfast area. A waiter came to take our orders for coffee, by offering "cappuccino, americano, espresso... We accepted the offer for cappuccino and it was very good. When checking out, a modest price per coffee drink (2 euro) was added to the cost. This small amount is very modest for such a drink, but we would have just taken a regular drip coffee if it was offered. It was never offered. With a challenging language barrier, we decided not to question their approach and just paid the bill. The amount was small, but we did not like the way this was handled.
The room has an excellent view of the mountains. The quality of construction is excellent. Triple pane windows and everything is made out of solid wood. Quite remarkable. The property is part of a working dairy farm but the rooms do not face the barn. The smell from the barn did not reach our room. The room was quiet and dark, which was nice for sleeping.

The view from the room was exceptional, honestly the photos don't do it justice. The workmanship that has gone into this property is outstanding. Overall worth every penny.

CanadaNot a negative point, but I wanted to share that the road to get to the location is a bit confusing, you'll have to go around some other properties, but once you do the drive once it is easy to remember and then know what to expect!
- The rooms were very cozy and the patio had a great view of some of the hills. - You aren't to far from the town and several great hikes within the area. - It is located in a very quiet area - The breakfast in the morning was the best one we had during out entire trip! - I wish we had stayed for more than just 1 night.

Loved this cozy place with fantastic restaurant and incredible views. The room was very comfortable and I loved the wool blankets on the chairs outside so we could stay warm while enjoying the Mountain Views. we also liked visiting the animals nearby at the farm and watch the cattle come for dinner.

Booked this place as it is a Agritourism resort. A working farm. Parking was easy. Rooms were modern, wooden flooring, floor heating. Big comfortable bed. Big bathroom with rain shower. Reception lent us a kettle and cups for our room. Room on ground floor opened up to a terrace where one could sit and enjoy the mountain scene and sunset. Recent reviews of inhouse restaurant were not complimentary. We were apprehensive but took a chance and ate at the restaurant, as it was a weekend, and we did not want to eat in town center. The food was not remarkable but good and price reasonable.

United Statesroom ventilation wasn’t great, but we opened the windows and that was good. We had to did for information about the building and the farm; they could write something up about the animals, the family history, etc. also, it would be nice to serve breakfast earlier so those of us who want to hike can get to popular trailheads before the crowds.
the building was really incredible, built in 2014 from local trees. everything seems to have been done by artisans. The cows and Saint Bernards were friendly. dinner selections were all really good; the chef is clearly inspired.

MalaysiaBeautiful location, surrrounded by mountains. Rooms are clean and decent sized. But the star is the breakfast they provide, both in quality and quantity. A wide spread of choices, you can choose any or all from juiced, salads, fruits, pastry basket, yogurt, huge prosciutto/ham/cheese board, large cups of coffee etc. And the in-house restaurant serves pretty good food for dinner. Highly recommend the BBQ pork ribs 👍

United StatesThe WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but with so much nature around us we can't complain too much!
My wife and I LOVED the location. It was a bit outside the center of town but the view of the mountains surrounding Cortina was incredible. We also had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant which were delicious. Everything was fresh and homemade.

SingaporeNone. Just to highlight that pillow could be a bit flat, but it is individual preference. Would be good to have a choice.
Daily breakfast was nice as they are served to our needs. Dinner at the property was great too and we appreciated that the property allows us to open our own wine bottle for dinner too with corkage charge. On one of the night whereby the property restaurant was closed, it is nice that the property staff is so open in having us to drink at the diner with wine glasses prepared for us. Truly a wonderful experience.

United StatesLiked everything. The property is outside of town but accessible by bus. We liked having access to the long bike/hiking trail that is directly across the main road. You have to walk down the hill the property is on, cross the main road, and go up a short hill that has a bike shop/rental place at its base. You will reach Ferrovia, a trail that goes miles both directions. You can go toward Cortina and get there in about a mile or go the other direction and get more remote.
Beautiful surroundings. Clean, charming rooms.

LatviaThere was a lot of noise coming from the kitchen after the restaurant closed at around 22:00 and the staff cleaned up. Our room was right next to the kitchen and I could tell the walls were soundproofed, but still - minor inconvenience.
Interior of the rooms and the hotel as a whole looked expensive and tasteful. The location of the hotel is beautiful as there are views of mountains straight from your room. Breakfast was served by a waiter and you get a couple of options from which to choose from. Food and coffee was really good.
