The bed was really uncomfortable, and unfortunately the food other than breakfast not so good either , which is a shame because the property itself is WOW

The location is one of the great things about this hotel; a 3 minute drive in to the centre of town yet outside the crowd, bustle, and parking problems there. Great views up the valley. Super quiet location. Huge rooms. Spotlessly clean and obviously a lot of care and thought has gone in to the furnishing. I feel I hit lucky and am very pleased I stayed here.

The entrance for cars is bumpy, there are too many flies flying around at breakfast and walls between rooms are thin

Great views, close to town but a car is highly recommended to come and go. For breakfast, ask what you can order: you aren't told but you can ask for eggs, yogurts, more coffee, fruit... The lady serving breakfast was very friendly. All quite good!

I liked the property, but because we didn't stay in town, we couldn't walk around because we couldn't find parking.

The property was beautiful, we had an incredible view of the mountains.

A bit hard at times to communicate employees in the restaurant as per their english level, but nothing that could not be solved immediately with theie help.

The friendliest staff, accomodating to your needs. The pictures do not do this place justice. You are surrounded by mountains on all sides, beautiful rooms, very well insulated, good sized bathroom, lots of storage space. I would definitely stay again. It’s maybe a 5 minute drive above the main town which is perfect.

No air conditioning but it’s not required since the mountains are already cold and the windows open in a cool way to let the breeze on summer

Receptionist and waiters were really kind and skilled, also very they speak English very well. I wish I asked their name to credit them directly. The property is cozy and clean and shower was amazing

The pillows are quite thin, and we had to request twice from a couple of people over a couple of days, only to get the pillow for our final night of our 3 night stay. The location whilst excellent if you have a car is a little out of town with a bit of a walk to go into cortina town.

We really like the great views from the location and the staff were all very friendly and considerate. We set off early hiking, and they helped to prepare a breakfast package for us the night before, which was a great gesture we really appreciated. The location is also great to explore the dolomites surrounding the cortina region.

The travel to and from the property as buses are not regular.

The property is amazing. Peaceful, quiet and clean. The view from our room is beautiful. The breakfast is substantial and nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. As we were having some problem getting back to Cortina, one of the staff was so wonderful as to give us a ride there. A perfect stay.

Breakfast could have been better. It was noisy even at night time on one day. Expect noise if you stay in the hotel during the day.

There were two staff members that attended to us (checked us in, served us for breakfast, etc) and one of them could have been more hospitable.

The place is really near to cortina but situated in the mountains. The view from our room was amazing and just so lovely to wake up to. There are hikes right from the accomodation itself. Breakfast had many options (savory and sweet).

Super clean room and property, excellent view of the mountains. We found its location to be perfect - we wanted to be a little out of the way but not too much, so as to have some peace and quiet. Great place to be to explore the Dolomites around Cortina d’Ampezzo. And the staff were all really nice!

None really. It is a working farm so be prepared for the occasional smell of farm. But the cows and horses onsite are adorable - it’s partly why we stayed here!

the view from our hotel room was excellent overlooking the mountains - I had my morning espresso from our rooms patio overlooking the dolomiti. The breakfast met my expectation with delicious eggs and cured meat. The host, Enrico, was incredible and provided great service and a fantastic sense of humor
