The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was spotless. I chose it because of its proximity to the airport but I would go back because the neighborhood was absolutely lovely- great restaurants and the beach within a 5 minute walk.

The biggest issue was that the room had a sliding glass door with a metal rolling door outside it. No windows. To get darkness, security and privacy, it was necessary to lock the metal door at night. If there had been a fire or a power outage, I'm not sure it would have been easy to open. We felt very claustrophobic in a room with no windows (to be fair, there was a tiny one in the bathroom).

The courtyard was pretty in the daytime. The breakfast was tasty and the bed was comfortable. The place was very clean.

Love this place.

We stay here because it is close to the Rome airport to catch a morning flight back to the states. But it is a gem on its own, albeit a little noisy during the day.

Ac did not work well

The layout of rooms are cute. Invidual rooms in an outdoor corridor. Simple layout and close to airport. The shuttle was nor running at time we were leaving so they arranged for us

Shuttle service offered to and from the airport. Room was basic but comfortable and only a one minute walk to the ocean. They offered a dinner, which we thought was quite tasty and breakfast included. Mini fridge in a room with two free waters. TV had English speaking stations.

Pillows might need an upgrade

A quaint little village town. Very quiet but very close to the airport so easy for a stopover. Stefano was a fantastic host and nothing was any trouble. Easy arrival and checkin. Breakfast was simple but very tasty and varied.

The staff were very welcoming and the food was tasty. We took a nice stroll on the beach after dinner. It is about 15 mins from the airport but the hotel will arrange a taxi. Great place to stay if you have a morning flight.

What a pleasant surprise. Best night before the flight accommodation we can remember. Close to airport. Stephanie and staff were so very welcoming and friendly. Food very good. Wish we had a few more days there. Block walk to beach for a good lunch.

The proximity of the hotel to the seaward side of the airport meant it was under the flight path of departing aircraft, however with the heavy double glazed doors closed sound was much reduced in the room. Not an especially attractive suburb of Rome !

The accomodation is relatively close to Rome's major airport and the beach is only a block away both of which probably account for the price. The rooms are simple (concrete floored and basic metal furniture) as befits a 'beach apartment'. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Free street parking was available right outside the hotel.
