You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very clean and centrally located. Close to all landmarks. Room was also clean with good lighting. Breakfast was good, as expected for such hotel.

Switzerlandfirst of all they listed the suite (with the gallery on top) for 3 Persons, we checked-in at midnight and we were three persons and only one double bed. So they had to give us an extra room which was very small. After that night they gave us a bigger room for the third person but still not acceptable when you pay 1.300 Euro for 4 Nights and you don't get the room on the photos and not even a room with the same places to sleep.
The Hotel is very central. Perfect stay for people who want to visit Catania.

AustriaNote: This has nothing to do with the hotel, but with booking.com taxi transfer! Due to connecting flight problems we had a delay of 8 hours. From the transfer airport I asked "customer" "service" to change our pick up time. They told me I should have informed them 24 hours IN ADVANCE !?! No refund possible!
Great location, all sights and many restaurants within walking distance. Except for rush hour, not much traffic noise. Helpful at reception. Hotel nicely decorated, room (superior) and bathroom spacious. Comfortable beds, good lighting. Not much variety at breakfast, but of good quality. Bar nice, but out of service due to season. Otherwise a great place to be around February 3 - ceremonies for local saint Agatha!
