Would be great if the hotel had a restaurant open through out the day to order some meals. However, it is very manageable without it.

There were quite a few mosquitoes but the staff were helpful in providing bug spray.

Beautiful property, great access to nearby towns and wineries. Staff were helpful in advance of our stay helping to answer questions, set up activities and navigate the area. We had dinner at Il Rosolaccio one night (not included in price) and it was such an incredible meal overlooking the vineyards. Having access to a pool in the summer heat was exceptional.

We stayed Tuesday and Wednesday so we sadly missed the opportunity to eat at the hotel restaurant (it is closed only these two days)

Breakfast excellent, location magical. The added bonus of pool, which was often very quiet. Easy and accessible parking

we had requested a ground floor apartment due to my mothers mobility but ended up on the first floor with stairs. apart from that everything was fabulous

The beds are aging, and sagging in middle. The dinners were average (had basic spaghetti with plain red sauce and dry chicken drumstick one night. When in Italy you expect a great meal).

The location in the hills between many great villages was perfect. It has beautiful views of the Tuscan hillsides. We loved this grand old stone and wood farmhouse. Steve the owner was absolutely wonderful, and so were other staff members.

Outstanding views from the property perched on top of a Hill in beautiful Tuscany. Well laid out and comfortable feel in the rooms. We had the apartment for 4 days and found it super comfortable. Bed was nice, Window Shutters block out all the light if you want to sleep in. Breakfast was served in a comfortable setting in the garden which is behind the property. Dinner served in the front of the property with an amazing view of the sunset. Absolutely stunning. The owner INGRID was super pleasant and helpful along with her son Steven which made the place feel like home. Parking is next to the property in a well lit area . The Pool was closed when we were there, and also offers magnificent views of the vineyards.

The property is in an idyllic location set in the countryside of Tuscany near San Gimignano (10 min drive). The property was lovely! The apartment was immaculate and charming. The kitchen had all the essentials for our group of 4 adults, and the bathroom was modern and shower very nice!

We arrived quite late but all was well organized by the friendliest host. Beautiful views from hill top where property is located and nice breakfast. Although villa has a long tradition but is extremely well maintained, beautifull traditional design and decor with all modern ammenties. Just perfect for stay among vineyards.

Stunning small hotel on a beautiful vineyard. The owner is charming. Welcoming & full of ideas for day trips and delicious places to eat. Exquisite sunsets and 2 evenings a week dinner is available. A perfect place to spend a few days.
