There was a leak in the air conditioning in our room at night and my husband was in crutches so the floor was slippery. When we told the reception they were very kind and sent someone to look at it.

A litle bit outdated furniture. The room&bathroom not realy dirty but there is a certain touch of freshness missing. Some unpleasant smell in elevator and staircase.

It was functional for one night, we did not expected a lot because we had an early flight. Nice personel.

Rooms were very basic. Balcony doesn’t have any furniture and our view was not pleasant. Breakfast was a bit of disappointment, hot food didn’t look fresh. Having to ask for coffee, milk and pastries also not great.

Close to the town, 15minutes walk. Safe area. Bottles of water and fridge in the room. Nice cakes at breakfast. Clean towels every day. Lovely staff, always available.

Location is not the best. Nothing of interest at the area (no restaurants bars ecc..) 30 minutes away from city center by walk, by bus its 10-15 minuts (Bus stop is very close to the hotel)

The breakfast is not what would be considered as the healthiest due to the amount of patisserie, cakes, juices (orange, multifruit), foccacia/pizza, and sugared cereals. They do have eggs, bacon. Here are my 2 suggestions: provide a simple healthy option such as: oats (=avoine / son d'avoine in french), non-dairy milk (=soja milk, etc) and some nuts or chia seeds, along with a green fresh juice with low sugar. Oh and the water in my shower often leaked onto the floor, so I just used towels, but it got very slippery, so that could be fixed.

Their STAFF is incredible! They were so helpful to me on every level! Kind, thoughtful, pro-active, and perfect language understanding! The room is super clean, comfy bed (for me!), nice balcony so it gives in a lot of natural light in the room! The location is 15min bus ride from Brindisi center station, easy to get to the center as well as to the hospital where I needed to go (eventhough buses are not every 10 minutes like I would have hoped, and we are in October when I am visiting).

probably overpriced compared to apartments with more facilities but 24hr reception was good.

the reception and staff were absolutely fantastic. We were given excellent advice to buy our ferry tickets from the travel agent over the road and that worked out so well saving us so much time and stress.

I arrived Friday night at 9.00pm, and the area was like a ghost town. Nothing open and a twenty minute walk from the train station. The bar in the hotel is little more than a fridge and a counter. I had to ask for the very lumpy pillow to be changed, the replacement wasn't much better.

Very much suited to the business traveller or those staying the night waiting for a connection. Basic, very clean. Corporate trying to be hip. Fine buffet breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The room is very basic and I would not have chosen it for its cosiness. I certainly wouldn't plan to have a long stay here.

I've chosen this hotel for arriving and departure flights as it is not too far from the airport. It offers a complete breakfast, although it can get very busy in the morning.
