It might not be them but I am currently getting medication, my skin just had a break out after my Italy trip and I’m thinking they are bed bugs that caused this but we didn’t see any though 🙂

They cleaned our room everyday and never took anything away, the staff at the reception were great especially one big guy, he’s fantastic so calm and welcoming. I highly recommend the place

So, this is probably my own fault for not noticing. However, there is no air-con. We were booked for a few nights stay but had to move and pay for a different hotel with air-con. It’s 35 degrees + during our stay and the room was not fit for staying in. The shower was more like a tap in the ceiling. So if you can’t stand the heat as we couldn’t…go elsewhere.

The location was great. Metro across the road and easy access to everything. Also a supermarket near by if needed. The staff were LOVELY!!!!

The bathroom was not comfortable and everything seemed from outside as they didn't have curtain! The hotel officer cheated on me , so the taxi they called to take me to the airport , charged me 122 euro Although the hotel officer had told me it will be cheaper than Uber and they don't know the prices in advance. It was a big lie. I could not check Uber as the app was not working well, and since it was early in the morning and train/bus would work after 6am , I would not be able to arrive for my airplane. So please don't believe those staff!

Our room had a broken shower and a fan that didn’t work, the floor was also not very clean. They did swap out the fan but refused to do anything about the shower which was frustrating as we were staying for 3 nights and needed to shower!!! We asked to move rooms and they refused saying that there were no rooms available but this was clearly a lie as they were advertising rooms available for that night on booking.com and other websites. Staff at the front desk looked like they didn’t want to be there and were not very friendly to us when dropping the key off each time we left the accommodation (requirement of the hotel) Apparently there was a free breakfast each morning that no one told us about, we only found out by looking at past reviews on the final morning of our stay. Hotel was fairly cheap so didn’t expect much but they have zero interest in their customers and give no hospitality. Uncomfortable beds and the constantly smelt of cigarettes.

Great place a train ride away from central Milan. Staff was super accommodating and welcoming. Restaurants close by a plus. Normal working class neighborhood. Safe and quiet. Left luggage all day until late night train. Thank you!

- the room service left our room unlocked everyday so anyone could get in (everyday we left early in the morning and came back in late evening, so the room was left unlocked all day long) - VERY UNSAFE TO LEAVE YOUR VALUABLES IN THE ROOM - you have to leave the keys at the reception everytime you leave, when you come back you just say the room number (also unsafe) - the floor in our room was bit dirty - we found long black hair on the towels and on the sheets - the noice from the street woke us up every morning - the walls are very thin so you hear everything that’s going on in the halls - the rooms could use renovation: the balcony door handle was broken, there was a hole in bathroom door - nobody told us about the free breakfast during check-in, we had to ask and found at the very end of our stay

- the location is great, only 3 minutes to metro station - there is supermarket 1 minute from the hotel - free breakfast: croissants, jam, orange juice and coffee - reception is open 24/7 - room service and clean towels everyday - our room had balcony, which was great - check-in and check-out was very fast

The bathroom becomes a lake if you take a shower . Wifi disappearing from time to time.

The hotel situated very close to metro station and you could reach center and train station by metro in 15-20 minutes. There is a huge supermarket nearby. Very quiet area of the city. The staff very helpful, our room was upgraded to a better one without any extra charge. The coffee served at breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and clean , on the second day of our stay, the room was cleaned.

Loud noises from other rooms until 3am. staff were so unfriendly and were talking to us as if there were forced. The bathroom was full hairs of previous people who stayed there. No instructions for Wi-Fi or any other rules.

My fiance stayed in this room. Pathetic room condition expect no sleep condition. Mold in room. Noisy night with people clattering as the door of balcony is broken making me feel unsafe. The room had three plug points two were not working and the one which was was sparking. Requested for a room change but was denied. Never again.

The staff was horrible. People who shouldn't be running a hotel by any means. Breakfast was also absolutely horrible. If you only have plastic wrapped month old croissants, don't serve breakfast.

This hotel is not clean at all. Had the ensuite room. Bathroom definitely needs to be updated. Had mold and dirt everywhere. Bedsheets were stained and not very clean. Very unhygienic.

At least in our room, there was not a designated section for the shower. So it could be trouble if you stay a couple of days

The easy thing to locate it. The staff are awesome, one of the best I've ever encountered. The included breakfast. The bed and the room are very comfortable, as well as the charging places.
