Received a free upgrade into room 135, which was spacious and airy with restricted sea view. However, the bathroom was dated and in need of an update. There was also an awkward step leading to the bathtub, which could be a problem for some people. On a positive note, although I wouldn’t really call this an upgrade, it came with free spa access, which was much appreciated. Overall our experience in this hotel was great, but this is the first hotel where you receive •one* free sachet of coffee and have to pay from then on.

Unfortunately, we remained stuck in the old city of Sirmione because of the Mille Miglia race. Impossible to use our car during 3 days. Information was given by the hotel a bit late and also not very clearly. Besides that, the hotel is very good.

Great location in Sirmione, in the nicer part of old town. The staff are exceptional and very accommodating, they gave us an upgrade on arrival! The hotel boasts great amenities including a delicious breakfast, very nice spa and pool. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of Lake Garda. Highly recommend!

Our bathroom had a shower over bath, and was squashed in next to the toilet and a step up to both. Just strange and not much room to move. Everything else was great though.

Great location. Beautiful surroundings, set in lush garden and beautiful pool area. Very clean. Lovely bar area, restaurant and Spa facilities. The staff are the cherry on the cake, so polite and friendly.

I loved it all!

This hotel was like a dream! Beautiful lemon and olive tree garden. Spa facilities super and very relaxing space. Big shout out to reception staff for sorting a change of room for balcony lake and poolside view even though the hotel was full the staff managed this request with so much efficiency and helpfulness. This hotel was perfect. Also staff in poolside bar and bistro very friendly and looked after us so well. We hope very much we can return to this wonderful hotel. Restaurant staff very good too and lovely breakfasts 👍👍👍

The only problem was the Shower the Rainshower Head had no power and the hand one was to powerful water shot everywhere.

I would rate the hotel as one of the best I have ever stayed in and the view from the bedroom was out of this world. Also fantastic location.

Our room had an odd “loft area” above it. Not necessarily a negative thing but maybe not the best utilisation of space. You had to pay to use the thermal suite, I thought this would be included in the rate. Dinner menu was very formal - casual options (pizza / pasta) would be beneficial as well.

The view from our bedroom was really lovely. We were half board so often ate in the hotel. The lunch menu was ideal - pizzas and salads etc. pizza was very good. Dinner menu was good too but didn’t change much day to day. Thermal spa was lovely!

The receptionist who met us at check in. he was not busy but he couldn't be bothered to answer when does breakfast start and how to book the SPA. He said we should scan the QR code. Which we did. But it was not entirely clear how much we are paying for the SPA because it was not included in the price from booking. From a 4 star hotel like this, when I check in and the receptionist is not busy as we are the only people at the desk, I expect to receive answers to my 2 questions. And especially because of the different prices options with. without SPA, it should be made explicitly clear by the staff if the use of the SPA is included or not and if not, how much it is. The hotel is excellent but this left a bad impression and when I voiced it at check out, the manager said we should have read the info on the website and didn't seem interested.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast. Wonderful SPA center with kind staff. I had a great massage. Only thing I did not like was check in at reception and the receptionist who instead of answering my 2 simple questions, When does breakfast start and How do we book the SPA told me to scan the QR code and read for myself.. Not what you would expect from a hotel of this standard..

Wow, wow, wow - this hotel was amazing. The staff were very efficient and helpful and after we managed to make our way through the narrow streets of Sirmione which was indeed a fun experience, there was ample parking on-site. Our room was large and very comfortable and the facilities excellent. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
