Nothing - everything was exceptional.

Large room with a view of the canal - a private palazzo for a few days. Staff were so helpful - directions to events and nothing was too much trouble. Amazing breakfast selection - you were made to feel welcome and special each morning. Really felt like I was a part of Venezia and away from too many tourists. Loved the high ceilings and chandeliers - a super comfy bed. The princess without the pea!

The staff treats you like family and I love everyone that works here! Samuel is amazing. He speaks multiple languages and is so wonderful, there was also Martina who’s so cheerful and helpful, loved her too, and Rimon who helped me with my bags and many other things, always with a smile..he’s a gem! Vera was the most fun, and was our server at the restaurant. She was on top of everything, and doing it all. She made it look effortless and was so much fun! Last but not least is Luana at the front desk is so kind and efficient! The pillows were lovely as well, they had 2 memory foam and 2 feather pillows so a nice choice, and I loved the decor of the hotel! You’re right on the water, and next to Zattare vaporetto stop. This hotel is a hidden treasure. The furnishings are absolutely beautiful! I’d LOVE to stay here again because they’re like family now! :)

Nothing to say here, it was all just perfect

How welcoming and nice the hotel staff were and a special mention should go to the lovely MARTINA, she was so welcoming upon our arrival. The welcome drink in the garden was such a lovely touch and went down extremely well after we carried our rather large cases all the way from the train station and over 6 bridges!! It was only a 25 minute walk which we wanted to do but it was hard LOL!! So you can imagine how nice it was to get a warm welcome and a cold drink. Thank you very much Martina. I would also like to mention Lorella who looked after us one day on Reception, she too was friendly and helpful. Martina was very informative with places to visit and how to get to Marco Polo Airport, she really is an asset toy our hotel.

Every common space in the hotel, the terrace and the room were all beautiful, Bellini on arrival was a lovely touch. The canal view from the room as absolutely incredible. Very helpful staff also

Mattress not the most comfortable. Ok for a couple of nights but not much longer than that.

Every little thing was beyond our expectations. The view from the windows was great. Excellent location. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for more… it made my stay truly magical.

Unfortunately we found the mattresses a little hard so weren’t as comfortable as expected seeing as the rest of the room was so gorgeous and sumptuous. I really would have appreciated a kettle in my room so that I could make myself a drink at the end of an exhausting day. The other unfortunate thing was that the people staying in the room above were extremely heavy footed & noisy.

Beautiful building and decoration. GreaT location - A real gem! Great attention to detail. Relaxed and welcoming, lovely atmosphere. Staff very pleasant. Although we didn’t eat the breakfast, it looked really good. It won’t disappoint.

Convenient location and very close to the center 10 minutes away from Sant Marco square. Rooms are big and clean, has all supplies. Cool interior. Very friendly and helpful personnel.

Nowhere to make a cup of tea which makes things tough for a travelling Brit who loves a morning tea. Smell of the huge diffusers everywhere was sometimes a bit too much.

Great location, lovely staff, welcome small glass of prosecco, large room and bathroom. Location is great - easy to get to and to access much of Venice.

Location by Zattere stop straight from the airport. 5-10 walk to academia bridge and the city of Venice is in front of you. All staff extremely friendly but special mention to Samuel who must be one of the most friendly front desk staff we have ever encountered, a real gentleman.

Location was off the main. This felt authentic. We have been to Venice before and this felt quaint. The restaurants so close were wonderful. We were staying before a cruise and it was a boat ferry two stops away.

Everything was super nice. The welcome drink, very nice and helpfull people at reception. The residence is a beautiful palace, you enter via a garden with a fountain. Its a very quiet accommodation, no noises, very beautiful.

The bed was not comfy. The location is a bit farther away from all the action.

The atmosphere is nice. The rooms are unique. The hotel has a restaurant.

The beds were super hard and pillows super soft! Definitely not the comfiest 3 nights of sleep but would stay again as great hotel and location.

Great location, 50m from the ferry and perfect if you have suitcases!!! So close and a 10 minute walk into the main shopping area. So worth not staying right in the centre city! Our room was huge and super spacious. We got robes and a massive shower, very nice! Their restaurant out side also was very nice and had an amazing view of sunset!

finding the entrance using google maps! not sure why but they don’t have a sign with hotel name on the grand canal side so google maps sends you to the “front door” which is in the back side street. all good as there is a button to press with name of hotel but it is slightly disconcerting when you think you are staying in a hotel and see this door!

LOCATION. it was perfect. on the grand canal. very close to both vaporetto and the water buscto airport. it was also out of the way of the hustle and bustle so quieter. HOTEL. amazing. the rooms were huge and so authentic. but we’ll maintained. especially the bathroom. and the ambience of the small hotel was great. all the extras in different rooms to look at. STAFF. all were so lovely and genuinely happy.
