To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Italythe entire staff is really professional and friendly. I appreacited a chat with Franco while I was waiting for a freind. The location is very convenient: Few meters from the Molinette hospital, few meters form the metro stop Carducci, 2 stops from lingotto and 3 stops to the train station.

GermanyThe room was nice and clean. The hotel staff extraordinary friendly and helpful. Breakfast nice and mostly typical Italian. I visited Turin for a conference. Metro station next to the hotel and it departs every 5 min. 5 min to Lingotto Fiere, 10 min to the city center. The hotel is located close to the river Po for beautiful walks. Supermarket is also in close proximity. Overall I had a great stay.

United KingdomThe breakfast set-up was a little odd - nominally a buffet but some of the food didn't appear to be accessible to guests. Some of the nearby roads were rather busy - so the initial parts of walks from the hotel weren't as pleasant as they could have been.
The room was lovely, comfortable for two people staying for one night. The location was good for us - walking distance to the Pala Alpitour and close to both the river and the metro (although I personally walked the 30 minutes to/from Porta Nueva at the weather was pleasant).
