My room (number 4) was quite uncomfortable and dated unfortunately…it has many stairs INSIDE that makes quite dangerous simply walking around, e.g. going to the bathroom at night. I discovered that it is very small (almost half!) respect the other rooms but I paid the full rate, same as my colleague who got offered a much bigger and nicer room. The AC was extremely noisy and underperforming. There was only one window too high to be a “real” window .

Room 15 clean comfortable but terrible smell ( stagnant water/mould?) opening windows flushing, running taps, even running jacuzzi bath to try to clear didn’t help, we told hotel so hopeful something will be done for next guests. It was one night for us, we arrived late ish, ate in Resturant and went to bed. We are realistic and the rest of the stay was lovely so for a few hours we just got in with it.

Beautiful old property with character. Beautiful gardens with pool (not open as early season but maintained well ) mature olive grove. Resturant food very good and wine (own) excellent. Staff lovely.

The staff were all very nice and helpful in the hotel however the pool attendant was rather rude. It was very hot by the pool so most people were moving their chairs to stay in shade of umbrellas, the pool attendant did not like this and made a scene. I also don’t like ordering breakfast on an app , I believe it takes away from the dining experience, I like to have interaction with wait staff

The location was rather cut off but we knew this before booking, we had hoped that taxi's would be less expensive as it cost close to €36 round trip to the center using a local taxi app. We rented a car and at night it was quite difficult to find the entrance, needs a bigger or well lit sign.

The pool was excellent, the rooms basic but comfortable, very peaceful overall, breakfast was suitable for our needs.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel that served as a one night stop over for an early morning flight. The staff were super nice and gave me an excellent dinner recommendation in Bari. They were very kind and gave us extra water too unlike most other hotels.

Allow for the fact that the hotel is just out of town and the taxi is 20 euros each way or a long walk. We dined in one evening but we were alone and the menu is very limited. There is a bus service for 1 euro but you have to walk down a busy road to find the correct bus stop on your way into Bari.

The classic room was much larger than I expected and the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. The outdoor swimming pool was a bonus when we were visiting in June. The spa looked very decent but we didn't use it as we wanted to spend our time in Bari.

The hotel was well located on the edge of Bari, just off the main highway. There is plenty of free parking. So it is ideal for guests travelling by car. We were travelling by train so we had to use taxis to and from the hotel every time we went into the city. Since we stayed a week, these taxi fares added at least 30 Euros per day.

The room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. There was plenty of good seating including two armchairs. The bath was huge. The breakfast room was large with a fairly standard breakfast on offer. Coffee was freshly made. An evening meal was available. The staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Good Wi-Fi

Horrible breakfast, 30 minutes before the end of breakfast (09:30) the buffet .... was empty. The bread ... yes, there was one bread left, the horrible pre-made toast. In Italy!!! In the land of "grano duro" ... in the nearby supermarket you can choose from 10 types of ciabatta, focaccia, ciambella, la piadina ... 20 types of salami and ham ... at very affordable prices. Why this is not on the breakfast table ... I do not know. Second, ants, ants everywhere. If you leave any food in the room.... like this ciabbatta with butter from the supermarket ... in 30 minutes the ants will come by the hundreds and eat your lunch. So be quick. Fortunately, they will not harm you, ... probably as long as you are alive.

Well, this hotel has pros: Villa house type property, nice garden. IN summer for sure there is a nice pool. Welness is definitelly above the standard.

The place is absolutely gorgeous if you want to be away from noises and people. The room has an ancient decor. The bathroom is huge. Unfortunately the pool was closed but it looked spacious. The staff is so sweet and very helpful. We had diner once and it was so good ! I will definitely recommend!

The deluxe room was anything but with a bath and no shower curtain around it. The sloping beams and multilevel floor around the bed were safety hazards and poor wardrobe facilities so we asked to be moved and were effectively downgraded to a noisier room close to reception Staff spoke poor English and were not very helpful Had to drive everywhere

The location is quite terrible but we knew beforehand. It is not an hotel to stay in if you want to walk around town without a car. There was an event in the garden one evening and the music and noise were unbearable...

the hotel and the garden with its pool were lovely. We had two dogs and it was very convenient since our room had a patio and access to the park. Plenty ofparking space.Good wifi. Very clean
