They charge 20€/person, so we paid 40€, for one working sauna (out of the 2 the facility has), and the sauna wasn’t warm enough - there was cca. 50-60*C in it, the area in which is the sauna was also cold. We couldn’t enjoy it the way we were supposed to, for what we got, 20€/person is highly overpriced. Beds are uncomfortable.

The location is close to the slopes.

The first night, electricity went out and the emergency light in the rooms went on making impossible to sleep further. After waiting about 1/2 hour for somebody to solve the issue (or try to), I called the contact phone, but nobody answered. I therefore decided to have a look at the switchers myself and I turned the electricity back on saving not only the sleep of the guests, but also the food and beverage in the fridges...Nobody ever returned my call nor a word of apologies... Also, we were told that there was the possibility to check in at 14h instead of 16h as officially communicated. However despite we arrived few minutes before 16h, the person at the reception was not there and when arrived just on time, she claimed that the check in is only at 16h.

The breakfast was very poor (lacking eggs, nothing handmade), I would not recommend it.

The room was spacious and very well cleaned. It had a balcony too. The location was also very handy.

The only thing that could be improved on was breakfast. Maybe more choice of fresh fruit and other fresh food and less biscuits and cakes.

We had 3 double rooms. Unfortunatelly one room was very small, hardly to fit 2 persons.

The staff was very helpful and many thanks that we could leave our car and trailer there for our 6 day motorbike trip in the Dolomites.

The room we were given is not included in the pictures of the rooms, the bathroom was as if it had been picked up from a scrap yard! But the price is the same as the elite rooms! I was very disappointed with the accommodation.

We stayed at your property Hotel Tarvisio on 06th January, and made check out on 7th January 2024. We booked and paid for comfort room for 4 persons and we got accommodation on the spot that is totally different from the photos shown on Booking.com. This was small room and not comfortable room as mentioned on Booking.com that did not have a appropriate bed with additional a bunk bed for adult persons but from the attached photo s you can see that it is bunk bed for children and not for adult persons. Also bunk bed was 40cm from the other bed, so my legs was 40cm from my friends head while he was sleeping. This is simply unacceptable and unbelievable that you can deceive guests like that. The room was cramped and in the attic so I had to bend down to get into bed. This is not adequate space that can accommodate 4 adult persons, but at most for 2 persons. You have also put closet into the hallway in front of the toilet, so you have narrowed the space for entering the toilet. It is also unbelievable that the hotel was locked upon arrival and that no one was working to welcome us, but your staff left the key in the window, and we arrived around 5 pm. Room and service is totally different from presented accommodation on Booking.com. Breakfast was very poor, they didn't have eggs, just toast, butter and few apples. As proof, I am attaching photos of room number 31 that you gave us. We paid for the accommodation and did not receive the service that was presented to us on Booking.com.

Everything was fine.

The room was newly renovated and clean, with a balcony and a big spacious bathroom. The breakfast was great, with fresh pastry every morning and a lot of choices to choose from. The staff was extremely kind and helpful
