We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumWe arrived by bicycle and it is very hard to find (and access) with a fully packed bike. Once you know how to get there it is easy but the website, booking.com, google maps etc didn't give any guidance or guided us over a very busy and dangerous road (highway) to the hotel. After calling the hotel reception they very efficiently guided us to a bike access.
Very helpful staff (reception, restaurant, pool, cleaning, facilities). Excellent location to visit Mestre and Venice as it is close to the highway, train station (you have to take a bus if you are by foot), bus stops (5-10 minute walk) etc. Beautiful swimming pool (of course it is very close to a busy road but you cannot have it all). Efficient breakfast and dinner. The best bike storage facility during our 2 week bike tour in Austria/Italy (conference room that was not used).

Latvia-Horrible WiFi signal, it was disconnecting very often (on all 3 phones), I could barely watch 720p video. WiFi was the most disappointing in this hotel. -Pillows are horrible (personal preference)
-Good value for money -Breakfast was fine (not very diverse) -Clean (room tidy up every day) -Shower was really good (personal preference) -My beds mattress hardness was hard and it was perfect for my back, slept really good, other two beds mattresses had medium hardness. -Location could be better but it's not really hotel problem and I personally don't mind walking (about 10-15 minute walk to Bus No.6 that goes to Venice) -Small fridge with drinks in it -Laundry service available!

SloveniaThe only slight downside is the location. It's right at the quite large roundabaout and it can be a bit loud, if the window is facing towards it. The nearest bus station is about 15 min walking distance away, which is certanly not very far but still a bit of a pain after the whole day of Venice sightseeing. One could of course rent a taxi if tired of walking I guess. :)

CroatiaHotel is clean, nicely decorated and very well positioned to visit Venice. Breakfast is tasty, and very good, but it could have a little bit more choices. Staff is professional and polite. When I pointed that coffee machine is not working well they made me new coffee. Hotel is good value for money, and I would recomend it if you are traveling by car to Italy.
