You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Good location with tram only a few minutes away. Plenty of food and snacks in the kitchen and in the room. Comfy and clean room with enough space. The host Chiara was very kind and gave us tips and advices for our stay in Rome

Great hospitality and really detailed help from Chiara. There was so much selection for breakfast with yoghurt, cereal, biscuits, cakes, cheese and ham and bread for toasties in the toastie maker. Lovely coffee machine and nice little personal balcony. Bathroom was immaculate. Great value for money and the tram stop is just around the corner to get into central Rome. Would highly recommend and will definitely stop there again when I return!

FranceI had a great stay at Green Line! My room was clean and all equiped, with a small balcony which is great. There is food, coffee, juice at your disposal for breakfast, and it is accessible all day long. Also there is a microwave if you want to warm something. Green line is very well located, with a quick access to common transport, if you want to walk it’s possible too! And to finish, hosts were available at any time by whatsapp. I really enjoyed my stay, thanks a lot Chiara!

The host is very friendly and nice. The location is a few minutes outside of the city center, however the connection with the bus was great. The bus comes every few minutes. Moreover, multiple supermarkets are around the corner as well as lovely restaurants and Tabacchis. All in all, we had a great time. Thank you very much.

There are still nice cafes and restaurants around but if you dont have a car and want to be close to the center for historical places or night life, you have to change 2 buses or metro and in Rome there is no transportation on time. And I would like to add that, there is no disposable slippers in the room you better bring your own slippers.
Our room was perfectly clean and so comfy. Clare greeted us at the entrance although it was 9 pm. She was so friendly and explained us everything. Breakfast was enough and also there is a small kitchen that you can find anything you need. They cleaned our room and changed our towels everyday. Everything was great.

BulgariaWelcoming, responsive and helpful host. Clean room and bathroom, quiet neighbourhood. The room is nice, enough space for the bed and sofa bed, comfy bed and surpassingly comfy sofa bed. The bathroom has everything you need, the shower cabin is small though, if you are a small person you will manage, but for bigger person, it could be an issue. Easy access to the city centre. Definitely recommend.

PolandNot find at advertisement that there is a flat adopted to hotel. Internal doors were not enough sound-proof, in consequence flatmates were really loud and disturb our sleep at night or mornings.
Bed was very comfortable and we really appreciate sleeping here. Even Better comparing to popular hotel network beds. Staff helpful, supporting and kind.
