We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt was pretty pricey but it is a very nice hotel, with a lot of amenities and we went in high season.
The room, the restaurants, the breakfast, the pool, the terraces and common areas were all super nice. It had everything to enjoy the stay. The hotel location was great. Just a few blocks from the town area.

Location was perfect - just outside the hustle and bustle of Sorrento but easily walkable. Views were stunning from dining areas, lounges and pools. We also loved the outdoor spaces - the pool area was heavenly!

The manager and staff had every right to nail me to the wall for this but were only polite and considerate. It’s a beautiful hotel and have nothing bad to say about it.

United Kingdomin the room we found a LIZARD on the ceiling! when I went to report to reception they said that the hotel is surrounded by vegetation and this can happen! I never opened the outside door so probably was there for a couple of days! staff said that is nothing that they could do , only of I want another room....very disappointed, it's not a cheap hotel

United KingdomThe hotel is located just a short & mostly flat walk to the centre of Sorrento. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with incredible views. The room was very clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed. The pool area & terrace also really added to the experience, both of which overlooked the bay of Naples.

United StatesThey close the room service when they want, for my experience it was an hour earlier than its written on the menu. Although I called an hour earlier than their closing time and told them I couldn’t find any other place to eat and I’m really hungry, the person on the phone strictly only said “restaurant is closed” and hung up the phone. Also it’s good tho know that the location is a bit far from the center.

United StatesView was stunning! The 5 cascading pools was a huge hit among the family and everyone we met and talked to were friendly and kind. The breakfast was pretty good and rooms were clean and comfortable! The location was perfect as it was set out of the craziness of the town but only by a 5 minute walk to get to the center of Sorrento. Highly recommend.

United StatesThe gym was too small for such a large property, and required time slots to reserve.
This was the first time we stayed on this side of Sorento, and it was a pleasant surprise. The pools are just incredible, and very quiet in the mornings after breakfast. The breakfast is expansive and served in the indoor/outdoor restaurant which provided incredible views to start the day. The hotel is gorgeous, with many beautiful outside sitting areas that overlook the bay of Naples and Vesuvius in the distance. It's also an easy 10 minute walk to the center of town. The daily service in our suite was impeccable. The staff were friendly, and extremely helpful from arrival to departure.
