You have a very cosmopolitan crowd. May want to consider adding some dishes with less pasta and more vegetables.

Breakfast was excellent. Omelettes are cooked with too much oil. May wish to reevaluate. 😎

Dinner experience. Gentleman who seated us and took our order was abrupt, impatient and unfriendly compared to other staff.

Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. I would expect better for a hotel if this standard. Continental breakfast is good but hot food offers were not.

Fabulous hotel, with lots of space & different areas to sit & relax. Amazing pool area with fabulous view. Location is great just a few minutes walk into town.

I thought that the half board dinner was mediocre, especially the mains, esp for the price. We had it twice, while starters were good and desserts decent, mains were a bit of a let down every time in terms of the portion size and just the overall feel. Breakfast was good but nothing to write home about. I stayed at lower rated hotels with a better choice of breakfast. Expected more from the “Grand Hotel” category.

The room was well appointed with similar comforts of home. A bottle of Champagne on ice was in our room upon arrival. Loved the balcony with a great view to the ocean. Easily walkable to town centre. The gym had everything I needed. Excellent breakfast (included with stay) located on outdoor patio with views to the sea and town.

The pool was pretty cold, so not very good for a swim. The breakfast wait staff seemed a bit done with tourist being the end of high season.

The view was wonderful. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff at the bar in the evenings were very friendly and accommodating.

It was pretty pricey but it is a very nice hotel, with a lot of amenities and we went in high season.

The room, the restaurants, the breakfast, the pool, the terraces and common areas were all super nice. It had everything to enjoy the stay. The hotel location was great. Just a few blocks from the town area.

Pool was extremely cold and apparently always cold. I didn’t like that you couldn’t take stairs to your room.

Location was perfect. Rooms were very clean. Staff was exceptional. Very helpful and kind.

Room was fine but could have been a little bigger. Water started to drip from the ceiling and flooded the area by the door and bathroom which was a bit dangerous when going to the toilet in the middle of the night.

The hotel can’t help it but we experienced a group of very loud and brashly behaved Americans! During our days at poolside.

A little updating would be great - mainly in bathrooms and casual dining areas.

Location was perfect - just outside the hustle and bustle of Sorrento but easily walkable. Views were stunning from dining areas, lounges and pools. We also loved the outdoor spaces - the pool area was heavenly!
