Great view Very clean Friendly staff

Beautiful hotel with amazing views! We had an attic room on the 5th floor which doesn’t have a window or view unfortunately. We paid around £200 per night including breakfast which is quite expensive for 4 nights. Location perfect, about a 10 minute shuttle ride into Sorrento centre which is free provided by the hotel and runs almost every hour. A taxi is around 35-40 euros so this is great Gym is not great or fit for purpose my partner wasn’t able to use it. Also no iron or ironing board in the room, we took our own little iron but difficult to use without an ironing board Breakfast was buffet style with a good variety hot and cold options, eggs, bacon, continental breakfast with pasties etc they just need bigger plates! Overall perfect 4 nights stay in Sorrento, staff are so friendly and helpful we would return again

Not an issue with the hotel itself but as it is situated on a hill with sharp bends, large vehicles often used their horns to warn other road users of a wide load. It often woke me up in the mornings and sometimes caught me off guard sunbathing round the pool.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Everything was fantastic from the clean rooms to the relaxing swimming pool area. We had lunch in the hotel everyday and the food was exceptional. The staff are very attentive which included clean towels around the pool area and cocktails/drinks brought to you. The hotel is situated up the hill away from Sorrento centre but the free shuttle bus made it really easy to make the most of everything.

The curtesy bus was great but would have liked a 1.30pm and 10.30 pm slot, as 12.30 too early to have lunch in town and 11.30 pm too late for every evening for us.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in .Amazing views, friendly staff,excellent food,beautiful heated pool. Great communication with hotel prior to stay . We have a disabled child and everyone was so helpful,welcoming ,surprised cake for our son . We loved every minute. We can't wait to return .

I wouldn't fully recommend for a solo traveler. I felt like I was the only solo traveler at the hotel.

Location remote with nothing else around. Gym fee is 20 euro for 1 hour session which must be booked and thought that should be included in stay without a time limit. The breakfast could have used daily variety and no canned fruit. Dinner menu was good.

Property was lovely, nice pool, decent breakfast buffet, great views everywhere, staff helpful, shuttle to town.

You need to be prepared if you need cash or want a snack as the shops are in the town, nothing is walking distance from the hotel. Also, this hotel is on a hill and not the most accessible so that needs to be considered for anyone with young children, I’m not sure this would be the place to stay. A lot of couples/ retired people stay at the hotel so it’s not designed for families but I did not have any issues with my daughter. There is also no crossing to get to the other side of the road to catch the bus to town so you have to be so careful not to get hit by the speedy cars. This is not within the hotel’s control and I would absolutely stay again but I’m glad I went with my 8 year old daughter rather than my 4 year old son.

The views are absolutely amazing. It is so peaceful and you can easily get a bus into Sorrento town for more of the hustle and bustle. The rooms are clean and have a lovely character, the food is lovely and the dining staff are so welcoming. The pool is also a good size and there is never an issue with subbed access. There were only a couple of children staying at the hotel but the staff were very nice and did not make my daughter feel out of place. I would definitely stay here again, am already thinking of planning a trip with my husband!

We did not stay in the main hotel, but rather in a villa that was about a 5 minute walk away from the main hotel.

Highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Sorrento. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the city center of Sorrento that made it very convenient. The breakfast was wonderful. The pool was perfect for our stay. The view was stunning!

Relying on the shuttle is a slight nuisance but the fact that it is free negates that. We tried walking back to the hotel from Sorrento, but it was a 45 minute walk up steps and twisting small moped roads. We don’t recommend it but it’s an option for you if you don’t mind. Hard to dislike this hotel it was great!

Excellent on-site restaurant. Quite fancy in the evening. Very nice if you don’t want to go into town. Quiet hotel. Convenient hourly shuttle to get into town. However it does stop running from 12:30-3:30 then resumes in the evening. Excellent view of the sea, with Mt. Vesuvius in the background. Beautiful balcony for our room (seaside sunset view).

The food in the restaurant is quite expensive and quite rich. The portion sizes are huge and I feel especially the starters could do with being smaller. One starter I had was enough for 4 people (and I have a good appetite!). I feel they could do with another food option in the evening along the lines of their lunchtime menu because if you don’t fancy the full blown restaurant menu there is no other option other than to into the centre to eat - I feel like they are missing a trick there. It would be useful to have a bus back around 10.30. Currently there is a 2hr gap between 9.30 and 11.30 for the courtesy bus and it is a bit of a rush to eat and get the 9.30 unless you eat very early. A taxi costs €35 one way.

It is an attractive hotel with great pool area and the staff are very good. It is very clean and the breakfast is excellent. There is a pool snack menu serving sandwiches and a lunchtime menu which is good. They lay on a courtesy bus to the centre which is good and runs frequently during the day. There is a handy 15min walk to the centre if you miss the bus or fancy the exercise. It is a bit steep coming back up but not too bad.

While the bus to and from the town is handy it was regularly 10-15 min late going down into town and on 2 occasions we arrived at the time it was to leave on the way back to the hotel only to find out it had left early forcing us to get a taxi (bloody expensive here)
