It would have been nice to have the pool open for longer hours.

Breakfast was great with a wide variety of choices! We had a beautiful view of the sea and loved having a terrace to sit out on to eat and drink.

From the moment we arrived at the lovely entrance to the hotel we knew we had made the right choice; The personal welcome from the manager, the helpful and charming reception team, the waiters at breakfast, the fun and helpful pool staff and efficient and kind room maids all went out of their way to make our stay perfect! A sea view room is a must, you won’t be disappointed I’m sure.

The food/drink around the pool area was quite pricey so we had to venture out for an afternoon snack, but this was fine.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with stunning pool area and sea views. The breakfast had so much variety and was delicious. The staff were super friendly and even gave us a free upgrade and complimentary champagne as it was our honeymoon! The rooms were modern and clean with super comfortable beds.

property is outdated and bathroom has visible mold. shower was a constantly switching on its own to hot and cold temperature.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. The hotel views are amazing, even though our room had a view to the back. The restaurant has a very nice terrace with breathtaking views and a good menu.

The sea was cold but that has nothing to do with the property.

we liked the friendly, caring staff. Michaela the front desk manager was efficient and helpful. Giuseppe was always working hard collecting our luggage or bringing us more towels or any request we needed

The food menu’s seem limited and was expecting more selection and higher quality. The pool area is quite small, and has too much shaded space. It’s difficult to get a good spot there.

The hotel is set on the hill, with fantastic views overlooking the coast. The service is very good with a great meal setting.

Lack of tourists information in the rooms or public areas. No detail either about what was available in the hotel its self regarding the spa, room service etc. No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Location was brilliant, with shuttle bus into Taormina centre every 30mins. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was large with a sea view and all the facilities were of a great standard

-Prices at the restaurant were pretty high. I understand it's a five star hotel, but 6€ for a bottle of water is quite excessive everywhere. -Lot of traffic on the road in front of the hotel. We had to go 600m from bus stop and missing pavement made it feel unsafe.

-The hotel is really beautiful. We got a deluxe room with sea view and it was really breathtaking. Room was clean and spacious. -Both pool area and spa are great. We did the 1 hour wellness path included in the stay and really enjoyed it. The feet treatment was also great and the girl working there (Laura) super skilled and nice. -Great with the hotel shuttle taking you very close to the city center. My mum has reduced mobility and we appreciated the lift.
