The bathroom has some mould and the drain was slow so stood in a lot of water whilst showering.

The location was great, it was quiet, the staff were lovely. The complimentary mini bar and evening drink.

Small family run hotel, caring and friendly staff.. you are always met with a smile + greeting as you come and go. Big breakfast choice, including bacon and eggs, catering for gluten free and lactose free guests. Rooms are so clean (daily unless you request not), have a safe, fridge, good curtains, quality linen, sensible lighting/switches, very comfortable beds + pillows. Windows open, and shutters on outside to darken room further if you wish. On arriving, a welcome champagne/ drink + nibbles..or more. Happy hour each afternoon at the cosy bar area. Fruit, muffins, free bottles of water for guests to have all day.. on table near reception. Laundry service avail if you wish. Cannot fault anything. Staff go above + beyond for their guests. Highly recommend.

Very welcoming and personal greetings. Location was perfect. Room was very comfortable and with complimentary drinks, fruit etc made for a very easy stay. Breakfast was varied and plenty of choice in a beautiful breakfast room.

Staff were fantastic, very close to everything, but still in a quiet street . Left early one morning for a tour they had packed a little bag with breakfast things as I am gluten free much appreciated. Breakfast 1st class Arranged hotel pick up for not much more then a taxi Had a wonderful stay

It is a bit noisy during the day when a car passes. However, as the hotel is situated on a very small street, you cannot ask for more, if you want to stay in the city center. During the night, there is almost no traffic at all - thus, sleeping was no problem.

Very nice hotel in the city center of Milan. It is a lovely building with a cozy lounge and a beautiful breakfast room. The rooms are spotless clean. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help. Breakfast is very good. Bottled water and even some other nonalcoholic drinks are free of charge.

There was a slight musty smell when we entered the room.

This hotel is in a prime location, near all major tourist sights, but on a quiet street. It is well run, but it's decor is somewhat dated. They offer a good breakfast and a happy hour, where they provide alcoholic beverages and appetizers. The staff was helpful and did a good job in all respects. There is nothing negative to be said.

I liked everything! No complaints about anything.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our 2 week Italy trip. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. Everyone always greets you with a smile. We did not encounter a single person who wasn’t willing to help us. The inside is so quaint and cute. Very comfortable bed with a good size room and bathroom. Extremely clean, all the food was very high quality compared to other buffets we experienced. Good location, about 5 minute walk from the Duomo. It is nice and quiet at night. Excellent breakfast buffet. You get complimentary bottled water, soft drinks, and juices each day. Each night you can get a welcome drink at the hotel bar. We even received a nice block of chocolate welcoming us to our room. All in all, I think the hotel is a great deal for price. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!!
