We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Great location very close to ski lifts, restaurants etc. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and the breakfast was delicious. It was wonderful to have a wellness area with three different saunas after skiing all day - it was open three times a week on our visit which was fine. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a beautiful room with a lovely view which was a very nice surprise plus the beds were very comfortable.

IsraelIt was OK for us, but there are some recommendations for the cleaning service: once our door was open when we arrived after cleaning. When the initial pack is finished, it would be great to have new shower gel/shampoo after cleaning. And it is not the best idea to place towels into the bidet :-)
It was a wonderful vacation in an excellent spot! Miara seems to be a family Hotel. Breakfast was good and the service was excellent! There is a new SPA area included in the price. You can ski using a few slopes from the main area.

United KingdomBeautiful hotel, incredible location within easy access of all the restaurants, shops, lifts etc but without the noise of passing traffic. Rooms were clean and modern and the bathroom was lush. Breakfast was perfect with plenty of options and the owners are so generous with their time and knowledge helping you plan your day.

IsraelThe best hotel we stayed in the Dolomites. We closed 3 days and decided to stay another night because our experience was good. The rooms are clean, new and beautiful, delicious breakfast. But the best thing is the owner of the hotel. who really got into our hearts, every morning he helped us plan a hike that suits us and thanks to him we had 4 amazing days there! highly recommend!
