The towels and linen smelt damp and musty even after cleaning, I think they need to add some vinegar to the wash every so often.

Lovely B&B, nice sized room with lovely bathroom, good AC. Safe and affordable area with easy access to cafés and bakeries as well as groceries. Very close to a tram station so getting around is very easy.

It’s hard to say. I think the location, so close to a busy residential area and overlooked. However this was the smallest of distractions from what was a very comfortable stay.

The intimate size of the property, the high quality furnishings in the room, the friendly and welcoming staff and the location close to the tram.

The owners were wonderful. That made arrangements for us to park early and were very helpful in helping us figure out transportation. The room was clean and well prepared each day. Easy access to transportation into Florence. Loved sitting out on the balcony in the evening.

The location was great, a tram just across the road that takes you straight into the city it only takes 15 minutes. The room was fantastic, comfortable, and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

All TV channels were in Italian. It would be nice if they have English language channel.

In quiet residential neighborhood. Less than 1 min walk to tram station. Less than 15 min ride to city center. Bakery, restaurants and supermarket nearby. Room was spacious, comfy, very clean, well lighted and nicely decorated. Staff were very friendly, polite, efficient and helpful.

Perfect experience from Shuttle from the Airport to the room and location. Only a 2 minute walk to the tram that leads right into town. Room was lovely and the jacuzzi was amazing!

In our case, there wasn't anything significant we didn't like other than maybe the fact that the bathroom door wouldn't fully close and there was a small gap under the shower doors which allowed water to spill out on the bathroom floor. The room was modest in furnishings but they were well kept.

The host was very welcoming and already had a small guide prepared for us, with various helpful info ( map, guide on how to get to the city center via public transportation, etc) The room was very spacious, aired out, very clean and the bed was comfortable.

There is an electric kettle in the room to make tea with black tea. Instead, an assortment of herbal tea for evening, with some back or green tea choices would be great, or bring your own teas knowing there is a kettle.

A quiet oasis in the craziness of the city, Florence Comfort B&B is a completely renovated home within a walled garden and parking area. The room interiors are new, very comfortable, beautifully and tastefully decorated with every guest need in mind. The bathrooms have state of the art fixtures and fabulous showers with non-slip floors. The towels are the best we've ever used. An Italian breakfast is set up for guests across the street at a bakery-coffee bar. We really enjoyed the Pizzaman restaurant next-door for dinners. Great meals, wine and fun staff!

The place is really nice, looks stylish, it has a big garden, surrounded by pomegranate trees. The room is spacious, with all needed items, big balcony, decent sized TV, comfortable bed and everything is very clean. The interaction with the staff is amazing, everybody is very helpful and responsive. Distance to city center is rougly 15 - 20 min by T1 tram, the Batoni station is in walking distance.
