Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Really helpful check in staff, for new years eve they advised the best places to go and then without being asked came to our rooms with free tickets for the new years eve concert in the city centre. Our rooms were made business suites and were fabulous with kitchen in a cupboard sofa, desk area, big bed, big bathroom, modern and well decorated. The exterior area looks a little run down but cross the road and walk down via marconi for an area of little cool bars and restaurants and then onto the river and parks. Five minutes along via nizza to the main railway stations, and two minutes to the tube which can take you direct to Lingotto. Breakfast fantastic again with really helpful staff.

Don’t know about the breakfast as I had other arrangements, but you could see it was busy each morning… The location was down the street running parallel to the train station, so, very easy to find and reach, a good 5 mins walk. Easy stroll (about 20-30mins) and you’re in the main walking / shopping district, also within easy walking of all the main attractions in the city.
