We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe breakfast choice was disappointing. The air conditioning was difficult to operate and we often couldn't work it. The billing process was confusing - after several days we were asked to pay our bill but they only charged us for 6 nights and then waited to charge us for one night on the last day. No idea why.
Central location is really good and despite this noise from the road was minimal. The hotel is charming and the public rooms very elegant. Bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely furnished and clean. Maids came in every day to clean and change towels (though we didn't require a daily change of towel and thought this was extravagant). Enjoyed the attractive bar on the sun terrace.

Room is clean and bed was very comfortable. Shower worked great. Location was ideal. All staff were very nice and helpful. Good value for us.

This is by far the best hotel for tourists in Palermo. Perfect location, efficient, friendly staff. Pleasant rooms. Beautiful 1900 palazzo public spaces, especially the beautiful breakfast rooms. Good value for money.

CroatiaDue to location within pedestrian zone it is very hard to approach hotel by car, you should check with hotel reception in advance.
Location is in the centre of Palermo so everything is nearby the hotel (sights, restaurants, bars). The hotel is in old building but still very nice and suite were were staying was absolutely wonderful.

ItalyThe only minuses: My room had a window facing an ugly courtyard under construction so could not open the shutters and the room was practically without sunlight. The fitness room has four machines but only one is usable. I gave this feedback at the reception, they should either get them fixed or close the fitness room. There are travelers who choose a hotel based on the fact that there's a gym and this information is misleading. I'm a runner and thoroughly enjoyed the run by the sea so it was not a big problem for me. Overall, a very satisfying stay.
The location is fantastic, I'd say the best position in the city center! Easy to walk everywhere, also nice to go for a run by the sea. The personnel is courteous, kind and professional. Lovely breakfast, I wish I had been more hungry in the morning. The top floor restaurant was also a nice experience, I wanted a quiet dinner for a change and was very happy with the service. The decor is old school, which you can see in the photos, and that's precisely what I wanted, some old world charm.
