Ridiculous they expect their guests to take out the trash and walk two blocks to throw it out. Check in process is also horrible as you have to type in all of your information (passport, address, guest names, etc) in the check in machine.

Check in was ok but we never stayed in a Hotel with codes, so we were a bit confused about the check out and if we could just leave or needed to leave a message, the reply i got was a bit late but in the end it was fine to just leave before check out time.

The location was amazing, we also had a beautiful view on the street. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy. Great apartment! Thank you :)

It’s fine if you just need a home base for exploring. However, it felt slightly too clinical or functional inside the room. While modern and clean, the photos made it look slightly more luxurious than it felt.

In the booking I thought that we were about to get a different room with 2 bathrooms, but we got just 1. It was probably my fault though.

It was a large room with a lot of space. It was nicely cleaned. The kitchen was well equipped. Checking-in was made on a kiosk, so it was very easy.

Noise emitted from what seems like refrigeration/air conditioning equipment installed externally in the area of our bedroom window. The equipment switches on and off intermittently and is annoying during the silence of the night. I had to sleep with earplugs.

The apartments are very central and in a pleasant area, one of the best in the city centre. All sightseeing venues are within easy walking distances.

Very clean, spacious flat with everything we needed on our first trip with our new baby. We live abroad and went to Padova to see family, which means of course that I know the city very well. The location is amazing, so central, it allowed us to enjoy Padova as never before. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you may need, including a dishwasher. The bathroom and shower were very clean and modern. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the baby cot was perfect for our little one. We appreciated the entry system with codes without keys to keep track of. We had a few questions that were answered promptly. We had a flat with windows on the courtyard, so not the pedrocchi view which is probably stunning, however we didn’t mind to be on the quiet side. There is a very nice supermarket downstairs (PAM) and it’s very convenient. It also has an Amazon delivery point. The tram is a couple of minutes away as well as the taxi line in Piazza Garibaldi. We’d be happy to stay again whenever we come back to see my family. Thank you very much 🙂

The rooms are very new and the furniture is very modern. Also the location is great! And the possibility to check in at anytime is a great added value.

Communication was somewhat difficult with the people at the property: no one spoke English (what I would expect in a tourist accommodation). We had an issue with an alarm that went off and was buzzing throughout the whole weekend. Everything should be paid for: laundry, cleaning, etc. It could be somewhat problematic for longer stays.

The automated check-in toten is easy to use . It is also possible to pay the deposit right away with a credit card. The location is perfect and nothing can be said of it: supermarket right outside the door, great cultural offer. Everything is within walking distance. The staff is friendly and tries the best to accommodate the needs in spite of the communication barrier.

I found the check in a little non personal. It is a kiosk that checks you in l, so there is no human interaction. This also took some time to type in all the information. It was slightly annoying having to find my ticket or look it up on my phone again the 2 codes needed to get into the building and to enter the room. So used to keycards, but understandably the codes are a safer system. Missed a safe in the room.

The location was great. Although be aware it's a pedestrian zone, so the nearest drop of point is perhaps a 3min walk. There is a well stocked supermarket right underneath. The small amenities in the kitchen were well appreciated, a couple coffee capsules, some sugar a little but of olive oil. We were no planning on cooking during our stay but make some light snacks, so this was perfect. We could make the room dark by pulling down the shutters. The temperature in the room controlled by the airco. The beds were reasonably comfortable and we had 2 types of cushion. One harder, one softer. Netflix Kitchen appliances.

Didn't really appreciate the vacuuming at 6:48AM outside my room and the Aircon was also noisy but that was fixed by turning it off.

If location, cleanliness and no fuss floats your boat then this place is a good value option. Just remember there is no one there to greet you and if you aren't tech savvy the digital check in might be daunting.

Located in a ZTL Zone, so you will need to park and walk to the apartment. It is not possible to drive your bags to the door either. The bathroom was quite small. The pull out couch beds were squeaky and not very comfortable.

Automated check in through a computer kiosk - it took us a minute to figure out how it worked. Keep the instructions handy on your phone. I highly recommend entering the information for the guests before arriving to save yourself the pain of doing it at the door with all of your luggage. Good communication before the trip and at check in. We had one check in issue but is was quickly resolved with good communication. The apartment felt new and clean. Walkable to the Scrovegni Chapel (8 minutes walk) and other sites. Centrally located in a safe area.
