Accomodation is nearby a Termnini station, short 15min walk from there and nearby is also a nice park, lot of restaurants, shops, etc... A few hundred meters from Colloseum, Roman Forum, everything in walkable distance. Apartments are on 3. floor, but elevator is there, so no problem. And bonus is a Patrizio, he is the best owner :)

Very nice rooms and Patrizio did the utmost. He arranged a surprise for my mom’s birthday which we really appreciated a lot. Great location close to public transport and wine bars. Would 100% recommend to stay here again!

The square in front of the hotel is a bit noisy.

Location: The DVE Suite Rome is located in a fantastic spot, just steps from a metro station and within a short walk (less than 16 minutes) of the Termini station. This makes it an ideal base for exploring all that Rome has to offer. Host: The host was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even allowing us to leave our luggage early before check-in so we could start exploring the city. Amenities: The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially appreciated the view of the park from the windows. Surrounding area: There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and services located nearby, making it easy to find everything you need during your stay. Transportation: Rome's main attractions are easily accessible from the DVE Suite Rome via public transportation. We even walked to the Colosseum to soak up the city's atmosphere, which took us about 18 minutes. Overall: We highly recommend the DVE Suite Rome to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-located place to stay in Rome. The host's hospitality and the apartment's amenities made our stay truly memorable.

When we got there, the elevator was out of service due to repairs, which meant taking the stairs. While it wasn't an issue for me, it could be challenging for elderly peoples.

Our stay was delightful! Patrizio was very friendly and hospitable. He let us to make the check in earlier. The room was clean and very comfortable. Additionally the location is superb, within walking distance to some of the attractions in Rome. Recomended!

Do not be scared of the entrance and the lift is old but safe.

DVE is a very lovely accommodation, the owner was very helpful both on arrival and departure holding our luggage in safe place while we could roam around. The place was clean and comfy. The breakfast was good and served in the room. Metro is few meters away but we walked to all the destinations except to the Vaticano. Rome is a nice walk in an open air museum

Bed was moving on the parquet floor when sitting up. Anti slide rubber sleeve would sort that problem. 😉
