This hotel is an absolute gem! Excellent location right in front of the lake. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment- everything was new & modern. Not to mention the breathtaking views from the balconies! But the best part about our stay was the staff of the hotel, everyone was so sincere, kind, welcoming & helpful. Big big big thank you to Maria, Alessandro, Jeanne & everyone else for making our trip unforgettable♥️

good location, u can see the view of the lake and take a walk at lake directly. Staffs were friendly and helped a lot, it was also Family friendly, we had a little baby with us and got a baby bed. Malcesine is not far away from Hotel and a lot of good restaurants nearby. We are looking forward to next vacation there!!

The hotel was amazing. The food in the restaurant was lovely and the breakfast had lots of choice. The view from our room was just sensational. What a way to start your day. The staff aswell are amazing. So helpful and kind always smiling. The location is a little out of the way and there isnt much in the surrounding area but we loved that, so peaceful. There is a bust stop just up the road and you can get a day, 3day or week bus pass and to get you around the lake so it's perfect. If you just want to chill this is ideal location, glass of wine and the beautiful surroundings of lake and if you want to see the sites then catch a bus each day either way you will not be disappointed at all if you stay here. 1 day we will be back 💛🇮🇹💛

beach is little rocks… but that’s essentially the same for every beach on the whole lake so not a bad thing.

Perfect location, wonderful terrace and garden near the lake, spacious room, comfortable beds, excellent amenities, very good breakfast. We also enjoyed the dinners at the hotel's restaurant.

We didn't like that we had to go home having only booked a week

This was a superb hotel in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent. The free use of the hotel bikes was an added bonus. No complaints whatsoever.

the bed and the pillows are worst, you can’t sleep properly. the tv its old, almost everything its old for 4 stars. and they dont have room service.

We loved everything about the hotel, there was not one thing that could be improved upon. Getting to the location is a little difficult with train and bus (2) transfers but well worth it!

Fantastic location with amazing views of the lake and surrounding mountains from our room and balcony. The staff was exceptionally kind and the facilities were spotlessly clean. We enjoyed breakfast sitting on the outdoor patio overlooking the lake and dinner was served upstairs with sunset views. Hotel is right on the lake front with lounge chairs, and beverage and food service. Bicycles were available for guest use and the pathways along the lake to other villages were paved and well groomed. Easy walk or ride to Malcesine. Such a delightful place stay to explore Lake Garda!

I wish I booked more than one night.

The location was awesome. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we had. The room we had faced the lake and the view was extraordinary.

Bed was too hard, didn't sleep very well unfortunately

Location directly at the lake, breakfast was perfect, our room (junior suite) was always clean and had a very nice large bathtub. Free kayaks and SUP at the lake available. A few restaurants in walking distance

I can't think of anything. Wish we could have stayed longer. We even enjoyed watching the storm and lightning one night. Spectacular.

The location on the water is great. It is a quiet surrounding, probably not best for people who are looking to party, but fantastic for someone who wants to relax close to nature. The breakfast was great. The staff at the hotel is very accommodating. And of course, the views of the lake are breathtaking.

Our room was one of the corners and it was quite noisy. We could hear the traffic, at first we thought maybe we left the window open, but no. Especially the morning five o’clock garbage truck noise was very bothering.

The staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast is delicious, the same every day. The location is perfect and the chairs on the shore are very comfortable. The room is spacious, clean and nice.
