We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyOnly drawback - my 3 nights stay was way too short, so I have to come again.
I have to highlight the quality of service - all, really all staff, maids, life guards at the pool, staff at the reservation desk and in the restaurant, were always competent, friendly, attentive and helpful and made me feel very welcome. Many thanks! The hotel complex is beautiful and well maintained. My room was large, comfortably furnished and very clean. The balcony offered a splendid view. Breakfast was good, but I personally missed more vegetables, that is of course a matter of taste. The beds were very comfortable, so I had a really good rest every night. The pool area was great with a large pool nestled in a beautiful garden. All in all a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

After Ive asked for change that room to another I got my toilet cleaned up but just toilet … my disappointment was about cleanliness of the entire room if someone left dirty sanitary what can I think about my bed or carpet Even more my sheet was torn. 4* is a shame! no comparison to the others 4* like Cala di Faldo Resort etc.

United KingdomRoom felt more like a private hospital than a hotel vending machines empty at the lobby in an area which is a bit disused so no character at the hotel. it is misleading when advertised somebody with a completely different name and signature had run up a bar bill under my room number and I was told it was me. after a short discussion I assured them it wasn’t me, but I found this unprofessional

United KingdomNo iron allowed in the room, boring breakfast, far from everything worth seeing. Without a car, you can’t go anywhere near. No ice bucket given. Very hot throughout the hotel (even when the AC was supposed to be on) made it uncomfortable to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in the facility. Limited menu available for eating in.
The staff where nice and helpful. It’s close to the airport by car.
