The location is great, very good breakfast, very nice staff. In general, a simple hotel but super comfortable and clean, which is everything that is needed. Good relation price-quality.

It wasn't in walking distance to I think the only restaurant open due to it being just before the Winter snow season. This wasn't a problem but there wasn't anything else to say.

Although we were not met on arrival, the communication for accessing our room, where to park etc was fantastic. The room was cosy and very comfortable. Breakfast was great too. After arriving in the dark, the view from our windows was beautiful to wake up to.

Amazing view from the large room balcony deck. The breakfast was wonderful. Very easy to find and park. This was one of the best value for the money we have had on our extended trip.

It was cold in the room.the heating was working but as it is an old building,we were kind of cold (18 degrees).i had too use extra blanket for sleeping. The ham for breakfast was cut too thick and uneven.the was no vegetable/fruit/eggs.

Room and bathroom had lot of space. Beds were very comfortable. Views from the room were awesome. Florencia was very kind, thanks! To get to the hotel you need to go through the ZTL zone, and don't pay too much attention to Google maps directions

I cannot understand the positive reviews on this place. It is old and tired. Dingy with a scruffy feel. Nothing would entice you to spend any longer than necessary here. The bed clothes look about as old and faded as the hotel itself. Perhaps ok for backpackers looking for a cheap bed for the night. The only reason I booked this place is it advertises as having air conditioning. Upon arrival we were put in a pokey attic room and told none of the rooms have air conditioning. Then offered a 30% discount because no air conditioning, but when we checked out this offer was reneged. PHILLIPE the manager seems to think its OK to falsely advertise as having air conditioning because there happened by chance to be cooler weather when we were there.

Rooms were rather cool/chilly, which was not a big problem in June (as it would be in, say, January (and based on other reviews rooms are really cool then)). Breakfast could maybe contain more fruit (apart from apricots) and tbh i would prefere 100% fruit juice over some nectar, but all these are rather minor complaints, generally it is one of best hotels i have ever been wrt to the price/performance ratio.

Locality is great, especially for riding road bikes (which we have done). Personal is excellent, sweet Julia has even provided us with stuff to clean our bikes with (sponges, old textiles etc.). Breakfast is also great. We have really enjoyed view from balcony towards mountains. Rooms were cleaned every day and provided with clean towels and so on. Apart from that we get help with planning road bike trips based on the weather forecast. If you would like to conquer some mountain passes, book this hotel, you would not be disappointed.

We were in Moena for the Marcialonga. For those who do not know, this is a 70km cross country ski race. Part of the town is shut down because the event goes through the middle of town. It would have been helpful for the hotel to notify its guests that it would be very difficult to get the to hotel. This is not a big ask seeing that they know the event is happening, and they increase the price of the room specifically for the night of the event.
