We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Good local family run hotel. Good evening meal and good value, with a well stocked small bar and also a spa on site (we did not use the spa). Seemed popular with locals from Milan up for a week(end) of skiing at Cervinia. About a 30min drive to Cervinia. Everything was spotlessly clean throughout the hotel and rooms/bathrooms

Good value, including the drinks at the bar. Great service, friendly staff. Lovely varied buffet breakfast, swiftly replenished and home cooked 3 course evening meal + salad, with 3 options for each course. Powerful hot shower, comfy bed. Nice little bar and plenty of books and games. Nearby Valtournenche a lovely place with access to Cervinia skiing and free car park by the lifts.

United KingdomFound the boot room didn't really dry boots very well overnight so instead used the radiators in our room. other than that I loved the hotel and have booked for a second stay.
The service in the hotel was excellent and very reasonable prices for wine, drinks and the spa facilities. The rooms were spacious for the price we paid and only a short drive from Cervinia and Milan/Turin airport.

Very nice family hotel with perfect service . Excellent half-board deal with basic but tasty breakfast and three coarse dinner. Sauna area helps to relax after ski day. Very good value per money.

GermanyIf your room is overlooking the street it can be a bit noisy from the traffic.
We visited with my partner and our two dogs. Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel is situated near the ski region of Cervinia and the small beautiful city Aosta. We had a ski holiday. The food was very, very delicious. We will definitely come back again!
