Firstly, the reception is working 24/7 so that was great since our flight was at midnight. Great, clean room.

1. Breakfast - we are not a pretentious couple, but we have never seen so little food for a 3 star hotel. In addition, if we didn't come to breakfast as early as possible, we risked not catching even that little food. When I asked if I could bring what was left, they said they didn't have it, which is unacceptable. 2. The room - although it was quiet, I encountered two major problems - I found dust in the storage closet, on the bathroom radiator and the bathroom door was sliding and did not close tightly which did not provide a minimum of privacy. 3. We were not given a sign at the door of the room for when we were gone and announced that we did not want to be entered in our room, but we had to announce at the reception (I found out after they entered even though I did not want ). I have never encountered this in any hotel.

1. I liked that compared to other hotels where I stayed I found an umbrella in the room that I could borrow (fortunately there was no need). 2. It was quiet in the room.

Extremely minimalistic breakfast, wifi in the room was really bad, going on and off at times.

The check-in was smooth, the breakfast was minimalistic. Very close to bus and tram stops. Good value for money. WIll stay here if travelling alone.

the floor that we lived in had a bad lighting , the lift was old fashioned but it worked perfectly

the location was great and they offer parking for 15€ per night. its very difficult to get a parking spot in Milan .

the room can get pretty dark as the room is on the ground floor and the window is facing a staircase in the central courtyard.

They offered quite a typical Italian breakfast with croissant, toast, milk, cereal, and coffee. Our room was at quite a standard size with all necessities were provided, and the reception was always friendly and helpful.

Have been there three weeks in a row and the person on reception, who I'd dealt with before, did not recognise me nor have a record of me staying there before. With technology, this is not difficult to do.

We had booked 2 rooms - one of them was quite small in accordance to the info from reservation. The rooms was quite dark, even after the window opening.

Extremely friendly hotel staff, the lady working at the reception with a smile on her face, answered all our questions and advised on parking issues. We were served in high standard.

It's a bit far from the Navigli, restaurants area. The only way to arrive to the centre is by tram and it takes from 25 to 45 mins to arrive there, depending on the waiting time.

One of the guys from the reception told me it took certain time to the airport in public transportation. I found myself needing to take a cab because he said it would take half the time it actually would take

the air conditioning in the room was locked and it was 26 degrees in the room. had to keep the window open, it was still hot and loud traffic noise. I do not recommend

The room was very dated, and the undersheets didn't fit well on the bed, so were always riding up, revealing the rubbery mattress protector. While I do suffer with seasonal hay-fever, being in the room set off my allergies. However while being out of the room, and now being in a different hotel, my reaction has stopped.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, well located for public transport into the centre of Milan, but also plenty of good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Good availability of underground parking

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They cleaned our room every day. The location is great. the receptionists were also nice and gave us what we needed.

Everything. Rooms were amazing and comfortable, staff was lovely and friendly. Best location, near with every bus station and metro you can go whenever you want for 20 minutes max. Breakfast was nice and good. The best thing was when you want to go somewhere around in the day you will leave, you can leave your bags in the hotel.
