The hotel is opposite main Ancona rail station,and as we were so late there were cafe/bars near by,having a large dog there was plenty of room for the 3of us and it is a quiet area.

I was unwell when I arrived (motion sickness) and the staff were kind and helpful to me, and checked on me later in the evening as I was travelling alone. I appreciate their kindness. The hotel itself is beautiful, well located for the train, and spotlessly clean. I was impressed by the size and comfort of my room.

Breakfasts in this hotel really have to be improved. No vegetables, scrambled eggs cold and when we came for breakfast after 8 am it can appears that left only coffee, tea and croissants. The second thing we don't like is lack of proper elecrical outlets in the room. you can easily charge mobile phones or watch, but when you travel with the mobile workstations you can't charge it because of the improper outlets.

The train and bus station are just on the opposite side so it is good place for small trips to Rimini,San Marino or even Roma. Stuff was very helpful and kind. When asking abut the best way to trip somewhere they printed timetables and left in hotel reception.

Very nice hotel just opposite Ancona's busy central station. Sober yet cozy and comfy stylish modern rooms with nice en-suite bathroom. Very clean and well maintained. Minibar, big TV. Full control heating and cooling airco device. Room windows can be opened. Good beds, slept like a baby. 2 fast lifts, speedy and stable Wi-Fi. Great friendly staff, always smiling, excellent breakfast buffet American style. Absolutely recommended. In my opinion this is a true 4 star hotel.

The room was small, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The street noise was loud enough to penetrate the new heavy duty sound proof windows. The smoke alarm in the ceiling about the bed had a bright flashing light that blinked every six seconds, briefly illuminating the sleeping area, a situation that required an effort to ignore.

Breakfast was great and the location perfect for catching an early train at he Ancona station. The recent renovation meant that the place had a simple decor and a fresh look.

The room was quite small, albeit comfortable. It is about a 30-minute walk into town and there really isn't much else close by. However, the woman at the front desk told me that most of the buses go into the city center so that may be an option if you don't want to walk.

The hotel is across the street from the train station so it is convenient if you are arriving by train. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with several things to choose from.

The room had an odd odor which was so bad it affected our sleep. Also, wifi was not strong - we needed to go to lobby for a strong signal. I hope they work those links out as this hotel is wonderful in every other way.

Location near buses and trainstation is great, but the neighbourhood is not really nice. If you can afford it, pick something in the city center. Getting around by bus in Ancona is very exhausting since they drive like crazy and also you have to buy the tickets at the kiosks which was very confiusing. The cleaningstaff would throw away the handsoap everyday which annoyed us a bit since it is a crazy waste. The shower leaked and the toilet seat would fall off often.

The hotel was very nice and breakfast was plenty. Staff is also really friendly and helpfull.

It’s close enough from the port, we came from Italy by ferry and arrived 6 hours earlier than the check-in our, but they accomodated us imediately. The train station is across the hotel. Everything is new in the hotel, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff is very sympathetic and professional.
