Slightly more attentive service at breakfast and less rushed service in the evening! Some of the curtains on the beds around the pool need to be replaced/repaired. Noise from neighbouring hotel was intrusive but guess that is outside the control of the hotel

Huge selection of high quality food for breakfast but service of coffee a bit slow. Excellent dinner choices and really tasty dishes. First evening dinner was in the beach restaurant which was lovely - but I had hoped to have a cocktail before my meal - but my food was served almost immediately so felt a bit rushed. Second evening was better as had a cocktail in the bar area and then went up to the restaurant. Relaxation massage was lovely.

Reception staff could be a little bit more helpful regarding explaining the costs (mini bar / extras etc) at the point of check-out.

Restaurants and bars were superb. Nice swimming pool and amazing beach. Very clean rooms. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Food quality was very high. Excellent variety of wines and drinks. One of the best beach hotel stays that I’ve had over the last 10 years. I’d stay there again without hesitation.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like more what I think can be improved on. Although the dinner was great I didn’t like the fact that it didn’t include a drink or even water. We paid almost 300 British pounds a night and you would think for this price our dinner would come with at least water. But all drinks you must pay for. Also we had the flexible room stay, where we were told that we would move throughout our stay. That was no problem, but I had hoped and did request that at least one of those rooms would come with a jacuzzi. I don’t know if those are even more expensive but it would have been nice to stay in one for at least one day since we were asked to move. The first room was too noisy, staff were cleaning super early and we couldn’t sleep in late. Second was good nicer view. Third was ok but no privacy if we wanted to sit outside. Breakfast was also super early from 7:30 to 10:30. Most people there go to relax and sleep in late but since we paid for breakfast we had to force ourselves to wake up early and eat early, would have preferred to sleep in and wake up leisurely to eat. Maybe I would say it would be nice if they extend breakfast to 11:30.

The staff all around were friendly and helpful. I have a foot injury and they were very accommodating sending the golf cart to take me to and from the beach. Restaurant staff were also super friendly and always smiling and making an effort to give you a five star service. The dinner was great with various options and different every day so you don’t get bored. Beach was really nice and clean. Mainly sandy with some small pebbles.

We are returning for the 4th time and will book for next year. As always good service, staff that tries to meet and exceed your expectations, nice food and a relaxed holiday.

It’s almost impossible to find anything to comment negatively - only very minor thing I can come up with is that the rooms aren’t the biggest I’ve seen (but then again definitely not the smallest either)

I wish the staff would only clean the room when you put up the “clean my room” sign. I am not a fan of new towels every day - a small contribution can be done to harm the environment less. Nobody uses new towels at home every day.

The Corte Bianca is a place to relax ! Once you arrive there your body feels so calm. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the special events the Hotel offered, such as a pasta making course. I enjoyed the free sun beds by the beach and it’s so peaceful to have the beach so close to the hotel. The food was excellent !

Sadly I had to bring to the attention of the hotel of the rats nest at the restaurant. It was directly at the top of the wall immediately at the other side of the window adjacent to were we sat every night. Rats running up and down the wall when you are eating an evening meal can be quite disconcerting! However, the hotel did appear to resolve the issue by the next night. I don't blame the hotel for this as rats are a common issue no matter were you are in the world and are typically attracted to any food source. The hotel appeared to deal with the issue fairly quickly.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The pools were clean and sunbeds were readily available. Pool staff would move sunbeds if asked. The beach and beach bar are excellent facilities and we had our lunch there.

If I have to make a criticism it would simply be that there is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the mini bar is a little limited in choice... Not a deal breaker, but it would have been nice to make use of our balcony in our lovely little garden in the evening between beach and dinner. Just to sit and have a coffee or a beer or 2.

All the staff at Hotel Corte Bianca are friendly, courteous and professional. The food in the restaurants is exceptional, and there is a wide choice available at Breakfast. The rooms are spacious enough and comfortable. (In June) there were plenty of beds available at the pool and at the beach, and having beach towels provided helps to keep the weight of the luggage down ! The sea bed is a little stony so beach shoes are advised - These are available to buy on the beach if you don't have any ! Everywhere is well kept, clean and tidy, inside and out. Although we didn't use the gym or Wellness Centre (not really our thing) it is there if you want it ! There is a small bar in walking distance along the beach if you want a change of scenery / drink / lunch. There is also a lovely Restaurant / Pizzaria within walking distance for evening meals if you want to venture out. However the hotel offers everything required really. The supermarket is quite a walk - but do-able. If you want more than that I would suggest a car. Or I am sure the lovely reception staff could arrange transport should you need it. However we just wanted a week of rest and relaxation and we were not disappointed. We would definitely go back again.

The food options at the grill restaurant on the beach are very limited for those that are on half board. There's a 3 course lunch option, which you simply won't want in between breakfast and dinner, and the only other options are from 3 sandwiches, 3 salads (caesar is particularly poor), or a few sides. This could easily be improved. Also, we were served our half board dinner at the beach-side restaurant on our first night and it was such a lovely setting, but we didn't eat there again for dinner (over a week's stay), it would be have been good to do that a couple more times. Final point, there seems to be a silly rule that you're not allowed to jump or dive into the pool. The deep one is plenty deep enough at the deep end to dive into so I didn't understand why the lifeguard came and told me off. Possibly so as not to disturb the other guests but if you're sat around a pool I'd expect to hear the sound of people jumping in! All that said, still a 10 out of 10 experience, these are just small suggestions!

The staff were all so helpful, without exception. The food was the best I've had at a hotel, definitely go for the half board option - it's 100% worth it; you get a buffet style breakfast, and a four course meal for dinner with a choice of 4 for each course, except for dessert which is a given, although there are other buffet style options laid out if you want something different. The pools are much bigger than they look on the pictures, one deep one, and one shallow one. The beach is really clean and is only a short walk (5 mins) from the pool through a lovely, well maintained garden.
