The room is very big and well equiped with pretty much everything you need. All forniture and appliances are brand new. Shared kitchen is ok, there's some snacks and good coffee machine. Definatly coming back here!

Really really happy with the experience here. I thought the location was fantastic, 1 minute walk to Spanish steps, so many nice shops and lovely streets around the hotel. The staff were outstanding, they helped us so much, we traveled as a group of 7 and had 3 rooms, the staff helped organise our transport to our cruise. I would 1000% recommend this hotel. One of the most important things for me, I felt safe in this area and the streets around the hotel, especially while travelling with young children.

Absolutely amazing hotel. One of the best city centre hotels I have stayed in. It’s location is perfect being 2 minutes walk away from The Spanish Steps, having an abundance of cafe’s, bars and restaurants all on its doorstep, and only a 30 minute walk away from almost all of the main Rome attractions. The staff were lovely and always willing to help. Would recommend 10/10 and will definitely be back for our next Rome trip!

Might just be Rome but my room was… average. Never a fan of bathtub/shower combos, bed was hard, air flow low. Just a little tired I guess.

The location is fabulous. But don’t forget you cannot drive yourself to this location

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Perfect location near Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, staff were warm and welcoming, room beautifully furnished and comfortable. We were in the annexe on Via de la Croce which is only seconds walk away, they accompanied us round and carried our bags, excellent experience, highly recommend.

A bit small rooms. The bathroom looks a bit oldy. Also the bath has only "noodle" shower!, so if you dont want to shower your hair daily, your bath can be challenging. During the last cleaning, the staff did not replace the amount of toilet paper. The hotel does quite seem like a 4stars hotel.

No window in my room. Rooms are very small. I was upgraded and had a tiny living room, two (!) bathrooms, but NO window in the bedroom. The narrow windows were in the “living room” and just next to the entrance door. No buffet breakfast, poor selection on the menu, didn’t even want to try it. Went to the Mozart hotel for an average buffet breakfast instead.
