Some of the staff needs to be trained on how-to say no in a polite manner, really disliked several interactions, just wished i wrote down the names. The room set up was weird, the bed was set up at an angle...my ocd flared up. The walls are paper thin, the first night barely slept, you can hear your neighbors fart if they do it a bit louder. I know cuz i did. Super not fun. Bed is on the firm side and quite thin, not what one would expect from a 4star hotel. Slamming of the doors is a beast of an annoyance. The door holders are very firm so it s not easy to open and if u don't hold it properly it slams. There was copious amounts of door slamming.

The room was a decent size. Bathroom very clean and well equipped. Some of the staff was very, very amiable, helpful and they made you feel welcomed. Breakfast is good, there is variety, was the part i enjoyed most.

The most important thing for me, as we were traveling with a 7 month old, was the cleanness. And it was definitely clean! The room was pretty big and I loved that!

Room opposite me was playing music loudly and the door and wall didn't block any of that. I could hear every words of their conversation and the music was like being played in my room. So if you get noisy neighbour, good luck!

Room size exceeded my expectation. Hotel amenities are of good quality, pleasantly surprised that the toothbrush they provided are not made of plastic. The hotel is a stone throw away (200m) from the metro station, Carrefour (supermarket) is literally next door and there are plenty of nice eateries around. Would definitely stay here for my future visit.. Especially suitable for people who want to stay away from the crown in the centre but not too far away.

Elevators are a bit claustrophobic with small doors, room TV has no settings storage and needs to be associated with external devices each time it is being turned on, a bit hard to get used to the shower knobs, and the shower is not closed very well so water always drop to the bathroom and they keep a towel on the bathroom floor at all times to avoid that. The gym was below average with faulty AC, broken TV and no water for the people coming to train. I also didn't understand why they insisted on charging twice, once (some of the money) before we even arrived and second when we arrived (but before our stay).

Good and helpful reception services, 24h a day, excellent location 2 minute walk from the subway, just next to a supermarket and a good Italian restaurant close by. The room was comfy with very good and clear AC panel, nice beds with extra cushions, big LCD TV and good acoustics. The cleaning lady was very efficient, welcoming and likeable to gave us plenty of water. Breakfast was very good with fresh scrambled eggs every morning, a professional juice maker with fresh fruit that was awesome, different kind of cereal, yogurt and a choice of jams, and a selection of cakes. And the dinning room personnel was also very efficient and attentive.

Air condition was out of service, at arrival there was 25 degrees of Celsius in the room. They told us that air con is switch off in whole hotel and we need to open the window (it’s not so OK in 4 stars hotel to be honest). Breakfast was middle quality as well, no coffee or tea (you need to ask service to bring, but you need to be very active), pan cake machine was out of service, no vegetable - just few tomatoes, I think this could be better as well for 20-30 EUR to be honest….but hotel rooms are very nice and staff was kind and friendly….this has nothing to do with staff but management probably….

Tight garage access, but it was good to be able to have a garage to park in. Hotel is located in a busy area with almost no street parking available

Convenient to subway station. Even with hotel located in a busy area noise from the street did not carry to our room. Found good dining in the area several times.

Room was very small. They shut off the airco which left us with a bright blinking red light in the room. it was very noisy, we could hear people in the hallway talking very loudly. Also lots of noise from outside.

The room was dirty. I’m afraid of spiders and I told in the reception for 3 days straight that I want room service to remove spider webs in my room. It didn’t happen till the day of my leaving.

The hotel and staff exceeded my expectations. Any request we made was handled in an efficient manner by the staff and this was always done with a smile. The size of the room was large and the hotel was very clean. There is a metro stop that is very close which made travel extremely easy. I would definitely stay there again.

Air conditioning not working in my room. The hotel is located on a crossroads and it's quite noisy. Plus, my room was overlooking the terrace of the adjacent building where the condensers of AC units were making a continuous noise. Therefore, you cannot sleep with the window open. Another inconvenient is the fact that the bathroom is not well aerated - after a 5 minute shower it feels like a sauna in there.

Spacious room, very clean. Hotel close to metro station (100m) and to Carrefour supermarket. Helpful and professional staff.

The worst hotel that I have ever been Problems start from check in on the first day, so me with my girlfriend after 4 hours train from Switzerland, buying ticket for Italian underground (it’s not very simple), after 2 underground trains with big suitcase came to the hotel, we hoped that after some minutes of registration we go to our room and let’s rest after our way to hotel, but woman on the registration desk had other plan to us, she’s name Stefania, she said, that because you both are till 18 it’s not possible to live in hotel, but I have already paid everything, also I have already been in Italian hotel in this summer with out problems it was 3 star hotel and this problems in 4 start hotel it’s real boolshit, I paid 316€ for 2 night and I waited for normal service, this woman Stefania, start talk that we need to cancel paid reservation, me after the trip, I was very tired and I needed to explain that we came to country, where we will go now if you cancel the reservation, for this she said that she is very tired and it is our problem, I was shocked, really shocked from this service, after 15 minutes dialog, call to the main manager we did check in, so me and my girlfriend came into the room, about room, it was nice, but duvet cover was very genius it was like biscuit OREO “cover blanket cover’ to be honestly it’s impossible to sleep with it, so we needed to use blanket without duvet cover, about breakfast, again I compare with my previous time in Italy in 3 start hotel, in 3 star hotel was so a lot of food, that I couldn’t tasty all during the 5 days, 6-7 different main dishes, champagne, 10-11 different desserts, a lot of other little snacks and every day something were changed, here it was omelette, disgusting with a lot of oil potatoes, normal sausages, bacon, also some vegetables, 4 kind of slicing and some desserts and any changing during 2 days, now about shower, on the second day, after day walking and enjoying of Milano I wanted to take shower, but...
