To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyThe big balcony was a very nice think to have even if the view was not special. but it allowed us to have a nice breakfast out site. Also the net in front of the windows and balcony door was very pleasant since we could open the windows without being attacked by insects. Air condition was handy at need.

SpainThe furniture in the kitchen was a bit old and they need some renovation. The space in the kitchen is very tiny, but it was aspected and I had my meal planned elsewhere.
The property is just what I needed. In a perfect location for my meeting: close to the centre and close to Padova surroundings (where I need to go). The place has all the facilities that I needed: an elevator, two bedrooms, silence and quiet. I can recommend the place

SerbiaDespite the apartment being spacious, the low ceiling can make it feel cramped. It is located on the third floor, and the elevator only reaches the second.
Excellent location with parking available. Spacious apartment, ideal for brief visits in Padova. The parking space is located within the facility's courtyard and is secure.

United States of AmericaWe were in the studio (the larger apartments weren't available). Nonetheless, the studio was much smaller than expected and smaller than we are used to. The pictures are technically correct, but when inside (and difficult to see from the pics), the bed takes up much of the room such that to get into the main room you have to squeeze between the wall and the bed and felt cramped -- you cannot wheel a suitcase into the bedroom. There is very little in the kitchen, the "dining table" stools are very small and I can't imagine eating at that table.
Very good location and apartment was very clean. Entry was self-checkin and well explained--went without a hitch. Wifi worked well.
