We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The view was fantastic. It was like being in Hawaii, listening to the ocean. Great location to go to the beach, or hop on a boat to some of the islands. The breakfast was fantastic. It was a great experience.

CanadaRoom is in a former palace but is modern and lacks character and subtle lightling. Asking for a second bottle of water was an issue (staff were unsure if it would be free) which seemed pretty given the upscale vibe of the place.
Room is well located on the water in the central zone. Large, clean, comfortable bed, fridge. Bottle of water supplied due to drinkability issues with Trapani water. Breakfast provided.

Travelling with 3 boys is busy but the staff went out of their way to offer assistance and so welcoming. The breakfast team were delightful and reception so great for recommendations. Our stay in this hotel exceeded all expectation. Excellent location. The front entrance is directly in the old town whilst the back door is directly on the promenade & beach. Centre of the City, beach, train station as well as port easily accessible. Room was very spacious and clean as well as the Towels & Sheets. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming, attentive, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to please us. We would definitely choose to stay there again. Thank you all for making our stay in the hotel an amazing stay. Highly recommended.

This lovely hotel was great to stay at! The beach and the city center was so close. On one side the city center and in the other side the city center. The room was very big and light which we loved. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Our flight and driver were delayed, so the hotel texted us and was waiting for us at the hotel to welcome us. What a service! One of travelers is vegan and he couldn’t find something to eat to breakfast, so the staff made a special plate for him/us. Just amazing We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!
