Probably one of the most interesting properties we stayed in in Sicily. We had a beautiful view. Breakfast was generous and we ate outside by the pool. Wonderful staff!!!!

Although we were lucky enough to get a room with a beautiful sea view, we unfortunately also got the noise that came from the sea front restaurant right underneath the room in the evenings.

Elevator very slow. Room safe you could just pick up and walk out with. Bizarre.

Location. Easy access to old Trapani. Nice refurbished old building. Room Blu had three large doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the sea. And spacious. Just fab. Decent bed, decent bathroom. Parking just outside.

It was challenging to find the parking entrance to the hotel if you arrive by car. We called the hotel and eventually found our way. The room, although beautiful, has limited functionality i.e. drawers, hooks, shelving etc. to put away "your stuff".

The location is excellent and front door is located on a beautiful pedestrian only street. Loved the architecture of the building. The room was modern, colourful and spotlessly clean. View from our room overlooking the ocean and beach was spectacular. Our arrival was welcoming and cheerful. Receptionist helped us install the Easy Park app on our phone which proved invaluable on our road trip around Sicily. Breakfast was plentiful and included a wide selection of yummy Sicilian sweets and pastries.

That we didn't have another day. A trip to the Egadi Islands would have been icing on the cake.

Our room had a balcony and overlooked the sea. It was perfect. The room was dreamy and perfectly appointed. Each morning included breakfast in the lobby bar. Nice selection of pastries and other items and included espresso drinks. On one side of the building was the sea and the other side was on a main old town street. Very easy access to bars, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was super kind and had great suggestions.

The aircon wasn’t the greatest but It worked fine and there was a window for fresh breeze

It was absolutely stunning the building in itself. The only problem was my room, I thought I selected a sea view room, but I didn’t. This wasn’t the hotels fault but my own… but I like the room I stayed in so all good. The staff were amazing very polite and happy… all of them was amazing from start to finish.. so thank you!

The sliding bathroom door never worked. I notified desk but it was not fixed in two days...they could have been more prompt.

The hotel is in a great location in an old palazzo. The room was large and comfortable. It had a small balcony opening to a walking street. The breakfast was great with helpful, funny waiters. Trapani actually was a much nicer town than I expected.

We liked everything.
