It's exceptional, very stylish, unique, excellent area , beautiful place around the sea, close to restaurants and bars, Breakfast was delicious.

Our room was a nice size. The room color was terribly drab. It really needed a happier color. The lighting was dull in the kitchen and bathroom. The bed was not great.

The building is a lovely old building facing the sea. Conveniently located.

The property had a nice feel with an open air common area and historic charm. The location was great. Out the front entrance were restaurants and a sea view. Out the back was old town with beautiful architecture.

The superior room was a remodelled palazzo so massive and ceilings that were 8 meters high. So it felt very special.

I appreciated the care and attention of the staff and owner. Our room was well appointed with an ocean view. It was clean and in walking distance to restaurants, bars and the pier for outer island destinations. I recommend it fully.

The room had an echo because of the design of kitchen and bathroom that had a lower roof, but didn’t bother us .

Large room , quiet , backing on to old centre. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff were cheerful and attentive . We could Walk everywhere . We didn’t have ocean view but they are available . Walked out the front over the road for a swim in a very clear clean ocean. Linen ample and rooms cleaned every day. Water pressure was good . The kitchen had everything you needed but we ate out . Tea and coffee in room. Large fridge and 2 litre of water in room waiting for us. There was a little clothes line on the balcony which was handy for a little bit if washing . Breakfast was huge , lots of cannoli, croissants, Genoveses, juices , coffee , yogurt . Savoury bread, ham, cheese and focaccia sandwiches . You can’t possible go hungry . There’s also a lift .

No exterior window. From the location and pictures on the site I thought that all rooms would be facing the sea, and totally did not expect and interior room with only some light through a small window looking into the inside of the building.

Great location and relatively easy to find pay parking on the street. Really friendly staff in the cafe for breakfast.

The postings read “parking included” but we had to park our car 10 min away in a parking space and download an app and walk to the hotel. We were able to drop off luggage which was very convenient.

We stayed one night. The room was very clean had one queen bed a twin bed and sofa bed. The sofa bed was not a pull out but instead another twin bed which served its purpose. Breakfast was included and had a good selection. This hotel is located across the street from the sea which has beautiful views although the room we had did not have a window nor view. It’s in the heart of the center which made it great for walking around and to markets, restaurants. It has an elevator which was great for luggage. I would stay here again but next time with a sea view. Clara was very welcoming. Unfortunately the boat excursions were not available due to the windy weather. They offer a cool package for hotel guests and all day boat excursions to the islands of Egadi Islands (Favignana/Levanzo). We wish the weather was good for us to take advantage of this offering- next time.

No lift to our room so beware if you have heavy cases. Some rooms do have lifts. No smoke alarms!

Breakfast was great with very entertaining staff. Very central to everything, loved it.

In a room there was only one window and a room itself was of irregular shape, not well utilised.

Location is amazing. They have entrances on both sides of the building that allows you to go to the sea or cat directly.
