View from the window on courtyard was not pleasant. Looked like someone put all their trash onto balcony. TV was very small. Confusing WIFI policy, hotel has two. There was mostly nobody at the reception desk, most things are done online.

Great location, right next to Roma Termini train station, not far from city metro. Sightseeing was quite easy this way. Many grocery shops and restaurants available nearby. The bed was comfortable with an power outlet on each side. Hot water was available instantly in the shower.

I was expecting a big more center location. However on day 3rd we found a shorter way to get to the center.

Proximity to Roma Termini and more or less central location. Also stuff was really nice and rooms were very very very clean. Despite the size of the room it did have everything necessary.

Due to the size of the hotel, noise from other rooms was able to travel. No real natural light in my room due to shutters.

I would have liked to have a little table and chair for working, but the room only had a bed and bedside table. The staff was friendly but I really didn't like the fact that they smoked inside. Even though they kept the window open, I could smell the smoke in my room. Che schifo! That's the biggest reason for my low rating.

I liked the interior design and the hotel was also quite silent, at least during my stay. I also liked that the room had a heating and a big bathroom.

Room, bathroom as well as entire hotel was very clean (except chair in my room, which definitely needs serious cleaning). Hotel is located in close proximity to Termini station and metro. It was easy to reach the place. Hotel is located in convenient point, which allows you to start exploring the city and its main attractions. Check-in and check-out were smoothly. Recommend!

There is no reception permanent. Checkin process is messy and unsecure- you are being asked to send your passport photo - to some .gmail address. Sending such documents via gmail is risky!! Finally checkin is by typeing in codes into entry keypads, the finding your key from the jar. Its like Fort Boyard..

Only flaw is that there was no hand shower in our room - only top one (over the head), so it's hard to take a shower without watering your hair. Also, some slippers would be cool to be available, at least those paper ones.

Hotel is very nice. Neigborhood is ok (it is near to main train station), but rooms are clean, cozy and beds are good. You can walk to city center easily, and also to Villa Borghese which is near. There is a coffee machine which is free to use which is nice.

I didn’t bring shampoo and hairdryer, expecting to see it in the hotel, but they didn’t have shampoo. While hairdryer was really weak, I have medium length hair, and It was impossible to dry it out with how weak it was.

The location is nice, it was easy to walk to main attractions. And the room was really clean. The host of the hotel is also really sweet, his recommendations for food spots were the best!

I cannot say that is something that I didn't like, but I think that can be something done to hot water, because in the evening there were some problems.

The hotel position is very good, you can go by foot to most attractions (Colloseum, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna) and also near Roma Termini if you need to go by train.

The Hotel is in a building with other firms and some private apartments. You had to go to the 3rd floor for the hotel and the elevator was not working.

It was a nice and small room, appropriate for the price. The room was clean and the staff friendly. The hotel had a nice location. It's only a couple of minutes away from Roma Termini. The room had air conditioning, which was a blessing in the summer.

Value for money can be questionable, but when you look at the rest of the prices this is maybe as best as you can go within lower budget, but arguable. If there is need to be picky, thinner walls could be the issue for someone, some noise from corridor and other rooms can be heard. Rooms are small, spending time besides sleeping seems unlikely, but you know what you signed up for in the beginning. Nevertheless, pleasant stay, definition of booking score 8.

Hotel located 5min walking distance from Rome Termini Train station, very convenient to go to the Fiumicino airport quickly by train in 40min or to visit main attractions even starting from 15min walking distance, also hotel is just as far as away from train station surroundings to be in the comfortable neighborhood. Room was clean and tidy, communication with staff for self check-in and check-out quick and efficient.

the bathroom vents need serious changing. the WiFi in my room was close to non-existing, those two need a massive upgrade. Also, adding a clothes ironing would be a big addition to the hotel.

the location, the ac and the bed are all the great things, many coffee shops, bars and restaurants around. and the usual friendly staff.

there was construction, luckily I was out for most of the day. this time I got a room on the street, the windows were not shutting completely and noise was an issue. also the noise from the bathroom ventilators need a serious fixing. the Wifi was not as good as the last time I stayed here.

the staff are very nice. the location is fantastic. you basically pay for the location; close to termini and a couple of great restaurants just down below. accessible from everywhere. super clean all the time.

Location is convenient like every other hotel in Termini station. It was the cheapest option in Rome where everything is very expensive. A clean room. Staff is not around most of the time, but all the information needed is sent by email.
