10 minute walk from the station in a good location. The room was comfortable and clean, there is a tea/coffee vending machine available for use. It’s about a 20 minute walk into Padova town, but the property is in a quiet area with bars/shops nearby.

The location is not that bad, we wanted to be closer to the train station so and it’s a 7 minute walk. But the neighborhood is not that good, a lot of males, and if you’re a girl walking alone it can be very uncomfortable.

The bathroom could be upgraded. The water was draining very slowly from the sink. I don't really like shower curtains (they feel unhygienic and don't do much in preventing water being splashed outside the shower), I would prefer a glass shower screen.

The staff was absolutely lovely! It was a heavy rain day, and the check-in was supposed to be at 4, but I called them and they allowed me to check in at 11am. I ever arrived a bit later, and they waited for me! Thanks so so much, this made my trip so much better and easier

The rooms are very plain. The shower could have been cleaner.

The beds were fine. The sower was good and hot. I liked the location. You didn't have to drag your bags for miles. It's fine for a short stay. It's budget accommodation but good.

Hotel is really close to the main Padova station, so we could take a train to Vicenza. Room was clean and nice and we've got everything that we needed. There is also a huge terrace at the object where you can chill out. If you're travelling by car, you can use a comfortable private parking.

Staff entered to our room when there was a sign "Please don't disturb" and I clearly responded with rejection for room service. They were pretty rude by saying "No English". Strange experience.

Quite a long walk into town. At least 20 mins. However nice park on the way with bars for food and drinks. Mattresses a bit hard for our liking.

Very handy for the train station for easy access to Venice with trains running every half hour. Although not an attractive exterior to the building inside was very modern, clean and bright. Rooms were comfortable . Tea and coffee and snacks from vending machine in communal lounge plus outside terrace.Pleasant reception staff around in the morning and late afternoon. Good value for money.

There's issues with the air conditioning and showers. The air conditioning is not very effective on hot summer nights and there's very little control apart from on or off from the room. The mattresses were too firm for our liking. There's issues with the bathroom floor being flooded when having a shower because the shower curtains don't go to the floor or perhaps the ledge of the shower is not high enough. It was explained to me however that whilst the hotel management understands these issues, Covid created issues with funding and have prevented the planned upgrades to the hotel. The hotel ethos is fantastic. It was explained to us that the hotel provides work and accommodation for individuals who find gaining employment difficult. The hotel serves the local community and people. We became much more understanding when this was explained to us. We would stay at the hotel again and hopefully they will receive the funding for the planned upgrades. The ethos of the hotel is a great reason to stay here and the location is fantastic.

The location is fantastic. The hotel is in a quiet area just a short walk to the main train station and about a 20-25 minutes easy walk to the historic centre of Padua. The room was large and there were wardrobes to put our clothes. There's also a delightful communal terrace with lovely views of the church nearby. It's ideal for sitting outside on warm Italian evenings. The staff were all very helpful. There's also loads of free parking just next to the hotel (the hotel's carpark). Everything is spotlessly clean.

Lots of little things missing such as: in the shower no little box to put your soap. Bedside cupboard only on 1 side of a double bed. No blankets available. Taking a shower floods the entire bathroom. Airconditioning not very effective. During the weekend lots of noise from party's near the hotel. No fridge in the room.

We were not able to set up the AC in the room ourselves (there was no remote and no thermostat). Instead we were supposed to ask on the reception, or during the periods when there is no staff at the reception, call a number they provided us to have it turned on or off. This was a bit inconvenient, but we had a nice stay nevertheless.
