Just off the Main Street / canals to enjoy all that the town has to offer. Very comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. We parked nearby for a very reasonable daily rate.

Luciano is a great host, he welcomed us on arrival. The apartment is right in the old town so everything is not far by foot but if you want to go further, Luciano has also bikes that you can rent for free :) that was the big highlight of our trip. The kitchen has everything so you can cook properly. In the night, it’s completely quiet, no parties around, restaurant or bars that is open until late so you can have a good night sleep 😴

The kitchen was somewhat equipped, but still missing some things. The downstairs neighbors complained that we were loud and we did nothing to deserve the warning so it makes me think the sound travels; be aware just in case you have the lower apartments. There's a million stairs with no elevator. If we'd known the extent of the stairs, we would have chosen something else since we had someone who has limited mobility in our group.

We had the top floor apartment and the space was fairly good for our group of ppl (5 total) and the terrace was spectacular. Having air conditioning was a huge perk. And Luciano (the property manager) was amazing.

It is quite hard to say the exact time when to arrive and when to depart. On arrival it was no problem, we wrote a message and someone greeted us with the key. But the departure I found very awkward. The owner asked us two days before the exact time (between 9 and 10 wasn't enough) and then he was there at 8:50 am to make sure we are leaving. We felt as he couldn't wait until we have left, although we still had more than an hour time... Unfortunately the gas of the hob wasn't working so we couldn't cook. No idea if there was a hidden trick to open the gas (we tried and looked everywhere) and nobody told us or if the gas or the stove was out of order. Pity because we booked an apartment to be able to cook. So we had to go out for eating every day which made the stay more expensive than we expected.

The location is just perfect - just a few steps and you are at the canal and see the most pictureperfect part of Chioggia. The roof terrace of the apartment was wonderful for a tea in the morning or a wine in the evening. The price you pay is to walk up quite a few stairs - but well worth it. Great service to get free bikes to trave around the islands.

Everything was perfect

One of the best apartments that we have stayed in in years. Luciano was a wonderful host, letting us in to the apartment and introducing us to Chioggia. Parking was safe and easy at Park Unione (Isola dell'Unione, 30015 Chioggia). We will be coming back, hopefully soon.

The nicest host greeted us at arrival, and went out of his way to give tips and make us feel welcome. The apartment is right in the middle og Chioggia, and has a very nice little rooftop terrace. it is not fancy or modern interior, but good size, well eqipped and excellent location and host.

The host was fantastic; he attended to our needs and provided excellent parking for our car. The property was ultra modern, spacious, and super clean. The the property is in the wonderful historic district. We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again in the future!

The apartment is in the middle of the old town, everything was accessible on foot. It was very modern, clean and offered everything we needed. We felt very welcome and in the middle of Italy, just the way we wanted. Our host welcomed us personally and gave us a lot of useful information. The kid felt safe and had no trouble finding her way around.

It's better to park the car in the official garage.

The flat is very close to the old town center but very quiet. We loved to be between fishing boats and the market area. The flat is very nice and clean. Thank you for taking care about us so nicely.

We really appreciated the extra effort Luciano made to organize a child seat for the available bicycles which we used to explore other islands in the lagoon. A conveniently located apartment in the city center with lovely rooftop terrace and parking.

There is no reserved parking place and you are not allowed to park a car on the streets nearby. The nearest parking lots are for pay and some are quite expensive. We were lucky to catch a place at the free parking lot in the center of Sottomarina, which is 20-25 min by walk from the apartment.

The location is in the very center of Chioggia. Furnishing is basic, but all the necessary things are in place. The host was helpful about activities and restaurants in the neighborhood.
