We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

RomaniaI would have preferred a microwave instead of the electrical oven and a fixed air conditioner. The mobile one is inconvenient to use ( I have one at home)
Everything, good location, comfortable apartment at the first floor. No elevator but the host helped us with the baggage. We also had the possibility to leave them there until the room was ready. Close to the bus station to Venice, shops and restaurants. Bonus points for the free transfer to the train station when we left.

Luca was an amazing host! He helped us to go to the city center. He gave us a lot of tips for the city. He even prepared a guide at the house for the guests. IndiaUnfortunately, in the newly refurbished apartment, some part of the floor is coming out. It was not much of a problem for me, but could be uncomfortable for a group. Hope Luca will fix it soon and definitely before I am back in the next trip! 😀
Location, cleanliness and very nice and warm attitude of its owner Luca who rushed late in the evening to help me on a small issue, even after me telling him that the matter is not serious and I am fine if he handles the same sometime on the next day. I appreciate the attitude.

But,none of the previous would matter without our amazing host,Lucas! He was, literally,our fairy godmother! He was there for us and arranged our transfer to Venice and back,and the next day to the airport,when we asked it,in zero time,saving time from our already strictly schedule.I don't have words to thank him for all these!! Lucas,we will definitely be back for more days and i have started already advertising "mestrina" to my friends! 🥰
