In this time, I choose a balcony room one, I could spend lovely chillin' and comfortable time. And Renata is very kind person as another reviewer was saying. I would love to stay same place when I visit Alghero again. And absolutely I would recommend my friends here as well.

A fantastic stay with the most wonderful host. The apartment was clean and charming and within easy walking distance of the old town. Communication with the host worked perfectly via WhatsApp and we were sent delicious cakes and wine. Also, they had a wonderful espresso maker where they quickly gave even more coffee capsules upon request. On the day of departure our host even let us do late check-out and called a taxi for us. Cannot praise it enough! Oh yes, and the balcony was so nice to sit outside in!

Beautiful apartment on the 4th floor with elevator with a beautiful, spacious terrace overlooking the sea (a little :-). Superbly equipped apartment, especially the kitchen, I confirm the already mentioned that from the owner is as a gift a bottle of wine, a packet of waters, friut, milk, coffee, tea, sugar. In the kitchen was also available oil, salt, pepper, vinegar....5 mnt walk Conad, Lidl, Eurospin, as well as the city center with many restaurants and a huge beach. Mrs Renata very nice, helpful.

There was nothing we didn't like

My family and I were very impressed by Case I Gerani, the apartment was spacious, clean and with a lovely roof terrace. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the hosts were very generous in providing plenty of bottled water, tea and coffee, fresh fruit and other items. This was unexpected and a very nice touch. The location works well and is a 12 min walk into the old town and we intend to stay there next time we visit Alghero. The apartment is super value for money and I can't recommend it high enough. definitely worth a visit

The apartment was really well equpped. The host was very generous including lots of coffee, milk, water and wine. Roberto and Giuseppe were very friendly and helpful. There is an elevator which is a great plus if you are not walking well. The beds are good which is also an advantage. Everything is newly renovated. We would come back anytime.

Giuseppe was charming and helpful. Good to have a lift. Generous provisions left, bottled water, coffee, local beer and wine, milk and fruit Balcony was beautiful with lots of flowers and chairs. Great for al fresco eating.

NOTHING! Maybe some more flyers about Alghero inside the apartment for people they still don´t know the town.

The Apartment wiht balcony is realy nice. Is in 2 floor wiht elevator. Has kitchen with many equipment. Bialetta could be bigger. There was just the smallest one. But coffe machine is in the kitchen. Bedroom was ok 1 big and 1 small bed comfortable. The whole Apartment is new . Renovated. In old town just easy take a walk about 10 min and 15 min. walk to the beach. Supermercato Conad 5 min. walk and LIdl 10 min walk. The owner is nice and friendly guy and the guy who gave us the keys is nice and friendly too. he would explain you everything and will give you some tips.

The location wasn’t the best, but it’s close to the beach and city center. The building doesn’t have lift

Out stay was perfect. Giuseppe showed as around, give us tips for very nice restaurants, brought us even the bus schedule and helped us with all our questions. You only need to be able to speak italian 😉 The apartment is nicely equiped with everything you need even for a longer stay, fully equiped kitchen too. The terrace is very spacious and nice to chill at during breakfast/in the evening. We would have stayed even longer if we had more time! The apartment was on the 3rd floor, mostly used the stairs and used the elevator only for the luggage when we arrived. It is situated 10 minutes by foot from the port, bus stop to airport and the city center. Nearby is a nice cafee for breakfast, as well as grocery shop. Everything is really in walking distance.

Giuseppe is a fantastic host. He told us about all the local places to go, which beaches were the best and also ensured the apartment was well stocked with the essentials. A great apartment in a really good location - even if you dont have a car there are plenty of options for things to do!

Nothing to complain!

Great host! Giuseppe picked us up downstairs to help carrying our luggage. He showed us the well equipped place and even had a little gift for us! highly recommend place!

They were renovating and we got woken up everyday at 07:00 in drill noises.

The place was great, but there was no terrace (as in the pictures) and on too, they were renovating.
