The Location was within walking distance of Vatican City And The train station! The morning breakfast was divine as was the Wonderful Welcome Gifts in our suite!

It didn’t have a typical hotel feel, more like Airbnb and as we booked it thinking it would be a hotel style, we were surprised when we reached.

It was at a great location, breakfast was brilliant and timing from morning to evening made it so perfect.

The street excavation by Rome Municipality in front of apartment at 6.30 a.m. was so terrible. We did not sleep in the room.

The location is great, all day breakfast was great, classic Italian style apartment, the cleaning product odor in the building was perfect. The owner was so kind and helpful. Thanks to him.

Everything was wonderful! The bed was super comfy and the room itself was lovely. We especially appreciated the selection for breakfast, and being so close to St. Peter's was awesome! Location was great and the staff were so helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The road outside was quite noisy but I think this is the case in all of Rome. Everything else made up for it and we would stay again.

Generally this is something which doesn't matter. If you stay in big city, you have to be prepared that there are various sounds in the neighbourhood and surroundings. It is not about that the residence is in noisy location, but from time to time some sounds will happen. You just need to get used to these and generally no issue with that.

Excellent place in good location, really close to Vatican City and not very far from the other parts of Rome. Comfortable room for 3 people, with all the items you need for your stay and don't need to bring in your luggage. Nice and well equipped kitchen in case you would like to prepare some food, but usually no need as the included breakfast had a big variety of something to eat and drink, not only during breakfast but also just to eat/drink something during the day. Breakfast not only with sweet Italian style but also sandwich/pizza type. Nice bars and restaurants nearby, and as mentioned - quite close to Vatican, San Pietro Basilica and Museum. Good contact with the owner, always helpful and providing information.

We didn’t expect so much variety for breakfast to choose from. The location was convenient to the St. Peter’s Cathedral where we attended Sunday mass. There were lots of good restaurants in the vicinity, too. More important is, Vincent, who attended to our needs and was considerate of our late checkout, as we have to do the Vatican Museum and Sistene Chapel Tour in the morning before taking train to Naples. He allowed us to leave our luggages. Thank you, Vincent - you deserve all the accolades for being so helpful. We will definitely recommend Flaminia San Pietro to our friends and will stay here again on our next visit to Rome someday!

Our bed mattress wasn't quite as comfortable as we are used to, but for a three night stay it was okay.

Great location close to the Vatican and bus stops nearby that go into the centre of town. Having said that, it's also possible to see all the key sights by foot from here. For us, a perfect location.

Maybe more savoury items in the continental breakfast.

The location was superb, only a 10 minute walk from the Vatican and near some great local restaurants. We booked the suite which was huge. Lots of nice little touches e.g. toiletries in the bathroom. The kitchen / dining area was well stocked and replenished regularly with milk, water, coffee, pastries etc. We would definitely stay again.

Once you get your bearings you will find that you are on the doorstep of The Vatican and St Peter’s Basilica.. property is a very large 1st floor flat converted into two lovely apartments .. kitchen is shared and wonderfully stocked by the owners for breakfast, hot and cold drinks and snacks .. also worth noting that the restaurants on this side of the Basilica and Vatican are massively cheaper and just as good as most others
