The owner/host Nicoletta and assistant Cristina were sweet, accommodating and attentive. Nicoletta rode her bike to the train station to greet us and guide us back to the property which is in a great location. The property is spotless and the room was comfortable. The terrace is beautiful and we enjoyed amazing breakfasts served out there with pastries, fruits, omelets, prosciutto. Enjoyed it in the evening playing cards and meeting other guests.

Nicolette’s place was perfect for our 5 night stay! It was situated in the heart of Old Town Monterosso, easy walking distance to everything. A beautifully cooked breakfast was provided on the terrace each morning complimented with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, delicious pastries, juice, and tea or coffee. Nicoletta gave helpful tips and made us feel like one of her family.

The bed slightly sunk towards the middle just slightly but everything else in the room was great!

We were thrilled with our visit to Camere D'Autore la Poesia. Nicoletta was great to deal with. Our room was so charming and the breakfast on her absolutely enchanting balcony with so many flowers and a beautiful lemon tree was lovely. The breakfast offerings were truly over the top and we had everything we could have wished for including an omelette and bacon! Listening to the birds and the taking in the beautiful scent of lemon blossoms was the highlight of every day for me! We would absolutely stay there again.

Our hostess, Nicolette, was amazing. She met us at the train station and walked us back to our bed and breakfast. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We loved the history of the town and the area. Nicolette prepared a truly amazing breakfast every day that we ate on a lovely terrace with 100 year old lemon tree. We would go back in a heartbeat!

We loved the quiet, garden location in the historic district of Monterosso al Mare, just steps from the beach, ferry and trailhead.The delicious and filling breakfasts served by Nicolette and Christina were a perfect start to our busy days in the Cinque Terre.

Nicoletta was an exceptional host, meeting us at the train station to guide us to her property. She personally made sure we were comfortable and we were aware of restaurants and hiking trails. Breakfast was excellent on the patio.

The breakfast was phenomenal! A great assortment of breads, pastries, yogurt, omelets, coffee... you name it! They are so accommodating and lovely! The location was great, very walkable.

The host was super hospitable. She took the time to welcome us as soon as we arrived at the Monterosso train station and walked us to the accommodation. A generous amount of breakfast was provided too. Room was close to all eating shops and hiking trail, train and ferry stations.

We loved everything about our stay here. Our host Nicoletta was amazing! She met us at our parking destination. She arrived on her bike with a basket full of flowers. We followed her through town with our luggage. What a unique experience! Breakfast was served out on the terrace. So quaint! Room was very clean and location was perfect - near shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Nicoletta has a beautiful property, not touristy, very warm and welcoming. Perfect location to all: cafes, beaches and ferries. Nicoletta arranged for a breakfast for us at the train station since we were leaving so early, before she usually served at the property!!
